I love WashClub. Very professional and great communication. I have been using their services for 8 months and everytime my cloths arrive on time and in pristine condition. I love getting updates on a regular basis. Drivers are very curteous and polite. I can finally say I found my favorite laundry place! I am very happy with their services and definitely a loyal customer!

UPDATE: Although I contacted Rina, the owner of Wash Club via email three times before posting this review, I received no response. The day after posting this review, she sent me a passive aggressive text message. So she’s aware that her employees destroyed a garment, she just does not care. Avoid at ALL costs. We were long time customers of Wash Club and loved them. Unfortunately after Jackie sold, the business was purchased by someone who has neither her business acumen nor her customer service skills. Due to the convenience, we did not switch immediately. This weekend, a garment was returned to me completely destroyed. It had obviously been ruined and an employee shoved it in the bottom of the bag. Despite the fact that they spam email me multiple times a week, they didn’t respond to my complaint regarding the destroyed garment. There are a number of better options - including Laundry Angels - that provide the same options at the same price point with customer service. Really disappointed in the switch but not surprised due to the lack of professionalism the new owner, Rina, showed in my interactions with her.

WashClub has been a life saver for me on many occasions. When my washer broke down and on another time when my dryer broke down . Also when life as a busy mom of two young children things get very hectic and laundry can start to pile up, but WashClub and Rina in particular have been a God send. I have dropped off for wash and fold and received same day service. I drop off my dry cleaning and I’ve used their tailor service as well. They even pick up from my front door. They are kind , generous and do a great job with my clothes. Thank you for your service WashClub.

It is a wonderful laundry, excellent cleaning for all types of clothes, bed sheets, coats, blankets and comforters .
I have been dealing with them since 5 years they were always efficient, responsible ,very accurate and on time for pick up and delivery of the bags of clothes that I send. I put an order on their app on my phone and the whole process goes on so smoothly. They come on time to pick up the bags from infront of my home door without even bothering us and return it at the scheduled delivery time and leave it infront of my door.
They wash, dry and fold each item of clothes together in plastic bags, very clean and organized, making cleaning a very easy process for us.
I will always deal with this beautiful place, thank you and best of luck.

Do not do business here. Place has lost 10 articles of dry cleaning clothing, tried to come into the store, owner not present / won’t return phone calls.
All top of everything posted above, Owner claimed below I wasn’t reviewing the correct store. It’s the correct store (account was under my wife’s name). The last straw is the owner didn’t return a fitted button down shirt and claimed it was my fault and I never sent it in. Five days later the store miraculously found the shirt! Place is not managed properly, do not use!!!

I highly recommend WashClub Dry Cleaning & Laundry. I brought in my clothing at the recommendation of a friend. When I came to pick up my clothing I was pleased with how well pressed and clean my shirts were. I will definitely be coming here more often and recommending WashClub Dry Cleaning & Laundry to others!

We have been using washclub since I opened my business in NJ in 2018. We use it weekly to do towels and gowns! They recently changed hands a couple of years ago and the service is even better. Always on time, our stuff is always folded nicely and smells nice and clean. I also used them for my personal use including a king size comforter and everything came back perfect! The owner and manager is very responsive and we are very happy with their service!
