Shian Andrew is the nicest sales representative I have ever met at Verizon or anywhere . In fact, he is so knowledgeable, so courteous, pleasant and relational. Cheyenne spent so much time with me, assisting me with answering my questions and resolving all of the issues that I had. I am now leaving this store as much happier client and I feel secure with all the details that Cheyenne help me to take care of. I can’t thank Cheyenne Andrew enough for his dedicated service .

This is not part of Verizon I repeat this is not part of Verizon!! I turned in my equipment at the end of December and the Verizon finally received my equipment February 7 and the whole time Verizon was charging me as if I still had WiFi services, so now I still have to pay for the 2 months I didn’t use. Optimum soon as you turn in the equipment they cancel your service unlike Verizon…who knew

I had a wonderful experience with Brandi when I went in for a new phone. The deals at Verizon are unmatched anywhere else, where I can get a brand new iPhone 15 and Series 9 Apple Watch for $25 dollars less than I was paying at T-Mobile. She was kind, funny and straight to point in saving me money and did it all in ample time. I recommend everyone see her when they go in, she is marvelous.
