I had a problem with my phone, Verizon customer service was horrrrrrible (Manny/Trillion/Shian & Justin) were excellent, my problem was so unheard of that it literally took them all to fix my phone, they were patient, helpful, showed concern, worked together and made sure I was a happy customer before I left…….Im never going to any other location and I live approximately 20mins away and there is a location 5mins away from me!

Trillion is worth more than his weight in Gold!
I was having a huge problem with my account. I had just come T Mobile to check regarding switching providers!
Trillion went over an above! He helped guide me! After over an hour with Verizon Customer Service, the mess was cleaned up resulting in an $1,100 coming my way!
Thank you Trillion! Your customer service, patience , willingness to really dig into the matter should be recognized and applauded!

Had a great experience with Justin and Juan. Our family purchased Iphones and an Apple Watch. They were very helpful and patient. I had a few questions after our purchase given that I am not tech savvy. Showed up at the store again and they were super helpful. I hope that upper management recognize what a fantastic asset they are. Thanks for a great experience!
