Even though it's often busy, the young ladies in the front are always courteous and apologize for the wait/ensure those of us waiting in line that they will be right with us (and they are). They're organized, efficient, and great at what they do...and so the line moves quickly.
They are also patient when customers need help/have questions.
And one of the young ladies up front is VERY funny! She was clever/witty and engaging with customers in a way that made me laugh several times while waiting.

Great customer service and very helpful. I had a passport appointment and it went very smoothly. Both ladies were very nice and welcoming. Service was excellent.

Lower than one star. These people act like they're doing you a favor. Job for life; can't be fired mentality. Machine gave me wrong zip code..."That's what you put in...Gimme your receipt." No pls, TY or your welcome. They don't know the meaning. People here are lazy and protesting on the job.

I made an appointment for my son to get his passport renewed. From the moment we walked in we felt extremely satisfied both ladies behind the conter were so amazing and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. Even when the system went down for a few minutes they were so welcoming and explained everything. Mrs. H thank you for making our experience a bit easier you made our visit very pleasant. Thank you

I had a passport appointment and my experience was very good! I called to ask some questions and my call was answered, I was even called to come in early If I was able to. Ms Simon ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) she was amazing, very helpful and with such nice personality. Thank youuuu

L had a wonderful customer experience today. Ms. V was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She will be helping me with my passport application process, and I am confident that will also be a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this post office.

Went to buy Forever stamps and they had none. They cobbled together what I needed from the few special edition stamps they had.

Awful experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. African American lady on the phone through her AirPods, and literally told me to hold with a hand signal when I asked her a question to talk on the phone as if I was bothering her. Once i asked her the question, she answered in a rude manner and I left. AWFUL experience.

Smoothest experience I've ever had a post office in the US. Jamila was incredibly helpful and professional in processing my passport application. She deserves a raise!

Very nice post office. They have everything you can possibly need to ship your packages. Lovita is awesome! She will help you and answer any questions you might have. It's also nice that this post office has a parking lot. Very helpful when you are bringing in multiple packages.

Appointment doesn’t matter, they tell you to go elsewhere if don’t want to wait even if you have an appointment. And who cares if they are short on staff, hire people or create an environment so they want to work there
