The people are all nice and helpful. Especially the man who did the preliminary before meeting with the doctor. The doctor was also really patient and listened to my few complaints. My only concern was the doctor did not bother to read the DMV form I gave him, he just marked "Yes" for "corrective lenses while driving" when the report he wrote says my eyesight is 20/30. The minimum for DMV was 20/50 but he didn't even read what is written on the form. I want to believe he knows what he was doing but now I am stuck with driving always with glasses when I have never worn glasses a day in my life and never needed them. I would have gone to do another test elsewhere but having paid out of pocket, I cannot afford another bill.

Appointments were made for my family for 3, 330, 4pm respectively.. I arrived late but my husband arrived with our daughter at 4pm. They wouldn’t see him because he wasn’t prompt at 330. The doctor had no additional patients after my daughter and there was no flexibility on the staffs part to accommodate a basic screening for my husband. No one could truly explain anything and the process was in orderly.staff at front desk were handled the situation very unprofessionally

I arrived early for my appointment and they were able to see me right away, I was actually walking out the door at my scheduled appointment time! Everyone was polite, helpful and quick.

Zero regard for appointments or other peoples time. My only day off and I’m sitting around waiting. I get there for my 1:30 appointment and was told that the dr. is about to go on lunch break and when they return, I have three people ahead of me. The wait will be at least an hour and forty five minutes. Don’t waste your time at this location.

Great experience at this location. Everyone very attentive. Doctor was awesome. They have more selection of glasses than other locations. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Everyone was friendly and the appointment was handled in a timely manner. We were seen right away and the office was very clean and everyone was professional.

The girl that was supposed to check me in was on a smoke break so I had to wait for her to finish up and when she was done She smelled so bad of smoke. Also the "doctor" was arrogant and was with me for not even 5 minutes. He seemed very unprofessional. The salespeople were very aggressive. I will definitely not be coming back

I arrived early but my appointment did not begin until 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.The eye exam should be a continuous process. Instead I arrived and waited to be seen. Eye tests were performed and then I had to sit and wait for the doctor. After I was done with the doctor I had to sit and wait for the invoice. After the invoice I had to sit and wait to be seen to order contacts. After I ordered contacts I had to sit and wait to get a copy of my prescription (the employee working on my contacts was wrong, he had my copy of my prescription). I left and had to come back because an employee forgot to give me back my credit card (partially my fault, I should have remembered to ask for it back). An 11:15 AM eye exam should not take two hours.The eye doctor said to have a spot on my retina looked at and he was supposed to give me a referral to another doctor. I never received the referral.

I never got a script for my contacts. I asked for them to be emailed and i still haven’t gotten them. I found dr nissonoff to be a bit rude. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with him and i definitely will not be back

Spent less then 5 minutes in the exam room. Did not provide a good prescription. Ended up coming back in to have my previous prescription written again that I got from another eye doctor. Absolute waste of money when I provided the prescription info.

After having an exam to be fitted for contact lenses, it’s been a month and a half and several follow-up calls but still no contacts to try on much less receiving the prescription. Will not be back again after this ordeal.UPDATE: First follow-up after I called to confirm if it was ready, drove 20+ min and they told me they weren’t ready. Second visit, they had the wrong trial pair but gave a substitute which I knew wouldn’t work for my needs.Third visit, they couldn’t find the trials in their inventory after waiting there for 30 minutes. I had tried the substitute trial pair which, to no surprise, irritated my eyes within half a day and moreover, I could tell the prescription was off - had another eye exam after which a different eye doctor confirmed the original prescription was more than 3 stages off.Horrendous experience and no faith in the quality of their services. Took 2+ months just to get a prescription and a trial pair of contacts fitted.Never returning to this branch or location.

After my recent appointment with Dr. Choe, I will never return to The Eye Health Group. After waiting more than 45 minutes to see Dr. Choe, I walked out of the appointment in tears due to the way I was spoken to. At the beginning of my appointment, I tried to explain my eye history and concerns; however, Dr. Choe was very dismissive and did not listen, evident by the fact that she recommend a prescription that I told her made me dizzy just last year. She then adjusted the prescription, however I could not try it because there were no sample lenses available and they had to be ordered. Since I was leaving without a prescription, I tried asking about next steps. Dr. Choe was very combative when I asked any questions. She insisted that I needed astigmatism contacts and regular contacts would not work. When I asked her about the astigmatism contacts because I’ve been wearing contacts for 15+ years and astigmatism contacts have never been recommended, she instead that those were what I needed and I should not be embarrassed to have an astigmatism. I tried explaining to her that it had nothing to do with embarrassment and I was simply trying to understand. When I asked what we would do if the new lenses felt blurry like the original ones she recommended, she stated that she was recommending the proper prescription so she wouldn’t be able to help me anymore and I would have to go see an ophthalmologist. Since the conversation was becoming aggressive, I expressed concern about not feeling comfortable coming back for the sample lenses. She then yelled that she didn’t want me to come back. At that point, I gathered my things and left to go find a manager.
