I had the most wonderful experience via email and telephone with Laura and the service department as I was getting my grandpa's old watch serviced. Not only did they restore my hand me down watch, they got it back to me before my wedding day! They did an absolutely wonderful job and Laura helped keep me updated the whole way through, from the parts that were missing, to ETAs to calling when my watch was ready for pick up. Thank you for making me feel like family. The watch turned out amazing. My grandpa would be so happy.

I had the misfortune of having my repaired TAG watch stolen by the courier company as it was shipped back to me. TAG appraised my watch and offered me a $ value in credit to shop for a new watch via their online store. I dealt with Laura from TAG, and she was brilliant at explaining my options, dealing with my concerns and ensuring I got my replacement watch in the best possible way. After such a bad experience as the theft of my 25 year old watch, it was nice to have a good experience dealing with TAG and Laura.

Glass TAG's customer service rep was amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely professional. I had serveral questions about the functionality of my new smart watch and she was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you!!!!

Extremely extremely happy with the entire experience! Had my pretty beat up aquaracer sent in, the team kept me updated on the whole process and when I received the watch back it looked better than the day I first bought it. Great all around service, glad I decided to go this route with the repairs!

I have been a brand loyal Tag Heuer customer for decades and recently purchased a Connected E4 Smart Watch. The watch arrived late afternoon on a Friday. I knew my window was closing to reach customer support to assist me in set-up or I would have to wait until Monday. When I telephoned customer support I reached Willie. Willie is absolutely wonderful. Patient, dedicated, expert and truly proactive. He let our call go past the closing time as he knew I was excited to begin to learn my new watch. He never rushed me and had true dedication to a successful new watch set-up before he left the office.On a follow-up call, I spoke with Glas. She assisted me with getting a titanium buckle from the Las Vegas store. For some reason the phones were not working there and Glas took it upon herself to reach out to the manager to help me. Glas is also very proactive and dedicated in outstanding customer service.Willie and Glas are valuable assets to the Tag Heuer brand. Their technical knowledge and outstanding customer service and assistance is appreciated. I love my new Tag Connected.

I sent my 40-year old Tag Heuer to the company's Springfield repair facility for an overhaul that cost $270 and took more than six weeks. Since I got it back it has fallen off my wrist twice for lack of a pin in a link. I'm not happy! P.S.
