“There are a lot to choose from. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted. Mostly because there are so many choices. The store seems well organized. The shoes on display had the boxes of different sizes right under them. I was surprised they didn't get all shuffled up. They had my size for almost every type of shoe. My size is 10 or 10 and 1/2. I ended up buying two pairs because there were different kinds I wanted. One was a moccasin and the other was a Slip-On walking shoe. They had a sale to get the second one at 50% off. Plus I signed up for a free membership and got 10% off.”

“I have these old pair of heels from my grandmother I was hoping to wear the next day to an event. The rubber sole on the heel was dry rotting and unsafe to wear. Last minute, I called the store asking if they could help. I brought the heels in and 5 minutes later they’re fixed! Super helpful and saved my predicament of what shoes to wear if these hadn’t been fixed. They do other shoe repairs and have a great selection of shoes to buy as well! Super friendly staff too!”
“I had never heard of this company but they had an area rug listed that is discontinued and it was to be a replacement to the one I used to own. I was skeptical of a shoe company I have never heard of selling an area rug but I took the chance. This morning I recoeved a call from a gentleman asking to confirm my address that I had typed incorrectly. He alerted to the problem and acted to immediately reach out and solve it. I am extremely impressed.”

“Brought in my favorite leather sandals to have the heels repaired. I was prepared to wait a week to pick them up, so I was pleasantly surprised when they said I can pick them up in 2 days. My sandals looked brand new when I got them back. The price for new leather heels was reasonable. The service was polite and efficient. “Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

Was very satisfied because I didn't think my heels could be repaired. Well they did and excellent repair and it didn't take long. “Raphael can make any tired or worn leather goods look new again. He does so much more than repairs as he’s a leather craftsman from bygone days. He makes footwear for professional football and basketball athletes who need their footwear custom made and does footwear for the ballet. If selecting from many exotic skins or designer fabrics to make belts, footwear including customizing sneakers, handbags, briefcases, small leather goods, caps, watch bands and any leather goods or copying a design from a picture Raphael can create it at a more reasonable price than if purchased retail. Many items made by Raphael and his staff are available in the store. He is one of a kind today. No further recommendation necessary as this review says it all about the Raphael and the Leather Shop South Orange. I’ve been a VERY happy customer for 20+ years.”

“It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”
