I went into the Springfield Store, and the gentleman (Justin) who was at the front desk, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very nice! This is the reason people are loyal to certain stores, due to the "Good Service" you receive. Which is rare nowadays! Will definitely be back soon!

I have used this store quite often. There is ALWAYS an issue. The staff is either poorly trained or inept. Customers wait an unusually long time for simple service. Although a customer account database is maintained it is never accurate. Other than the location, go someplace else that is professional. This store is poorly run at best.
