I have never seen such a disorganized company. Invoices were always inaccurate. I’ve tried to reconcile these but never could. Every time I called, never got a customer representative. Always a voice mail box, never received a call back!

Awful management and no compassion for their employees. I was in a car accident, let them know and then was replaced after 10 days before I could return, no notice or anything.
