The super is nice but management is terrible, there are better options elsewhere. The property manager is extremely rude and talks down to people, not a good reflection of the company.

BOUNCED CHECK 30 days late for security deposit. It was put on a hold. Now I waited almost 40 days to hear this news. BEWARE. I am filing a police report today because this is now a criminal matter. They first said they would give me double because that’s what I will get in court. NJ law says I am now entitled to double the amount plus court fees. They called back and now said they will just send me the check with the original amount and I can refuse it. I am not going to be forced to take a lesser amount late just because they sent it out. I will give updates. I suggest you do not rent here. The rest of the reviews should show enough too.
