Care like this is why people have such nasty attitudes regarding healthcare professionals. As a ER/Trauma nurse, the card I received was unacceptable. Was told not once, but three times, by Paula George about how my walk in disrupted her flow of appointments. If you're the only staff working and can't fit me in-just say that and I'll make an appt. Don't let me wait an hour and then complain about it multiple times while I'm sitting there sick and in pain. She did not do a covid swap because she "has a waiting room full of people that you'll see when you walk out."Yes ma'am, all three patients waiting...

Awful experience. I went with my 2 toddlers for a flu shot. We showed up at 345 but had a 530 appt. I asked if we could be seen earlier otherwise we’d leave and come back. The tech said “I was going to call and ask you to come early with the storm coming” - perfect. I waited an hour. After an hour, she called someone else who had just showed up and not my daughter’s name. I stood up and said excuse me were next. She said no I’ll take you at 530 when you booked your appt. I was so confused and so angry. Why make me wait an hour then!? With toddlers. I lost it. She proceeded to take the walk in customer regardless. I’ll never go back. This CVS has disappointed me as a mom with young kids many times. Lesson learned. The minute clinic is just as awful.

Went in for strep test because I had symptoms. I'd told the practitioner that I'd tested for COVID multiple times at home with negative results. She tested for strep but also COVID because she said many people were coming in with COVID. She didn't ask me if I wanted it and didn't warn me that it might not be covered and would be 10X the OTC price. Now I have a bill for $120 for a rapid test- the same exact kind that I'd done at home for $12. The visit was paid for; the $120 was ONLY for the rapid test. Billing services would not help me at all; they would not even consider lowering the charge. Horrible. Will never return.

I went to get an evaluation on an ear issue and the practioner was not interested in how I felt. She flushed my ear for 2 seconds and then said that she couldn't do anything else but was quick to ask for 20 dollar copayment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This CVS minute clinic location took me when the Green Brook CVS minute clinic cancelled my screening appointment without notice. Paula George took me in last minute for my screening and was amazingly helpful and polite. Strongly recommend!

Waited for 45 minutes for a scheduled vaccine appointment and ended up having to give up without being seen. Check in is via a kiosk, no employees to be seen. I'm not entirely convinced there were even any medical staff there - at least I didn't see any there for the entirety of the 45 minute wait. Apparently the name "MinuteClinic" is meant to be ironic and I wasn't in on the joke. I get that finding staffing is hard for everyone right now, but you shouldn't be accepting scheduled visits if you don't have the people to see them.

Now part of me feels bad about writing this review because the tech who did my initial test here was so nice but honestly this clinic needs to do better. I came in for a TB test for my job, CVS was the first one to pop up so I decided to come here. Wait time was ok. The tech asked if I had some vaccine when I was younger since it could influence the results of my test. I said I might have so she suggested I get the blood test for TB and it would only cost $62. Everything went well. But after I get my results, I get a bill from Labcorp for $227. I was NEVER told there would be an additional fee for this test. If I was going to be billed from Labcorp I should’ve just gone straight to them in the first place. I called their customer service rep and they were no help AT ALL. She kept saying well we don’t know fees and blah blah blah... uh then why are you charging patients up front and not telling them there would be EXTRA FEES? Shady. Again, my tech/doctor was super nice but if you can go somewhere else or beware that you’ll be charged extra for no reason.

Saw someone who did not seem interested in my card but just billing me. I had a sore throat 3 for 3 weeks and the clinician "examined" my throat was an arms length away. She was more concerned with herself and it jeopardized my care. I asked her if she would run a strep test because my COVID results were negative. She refused and said "it's not really that red"(when how can she see if she is arms length away from my throat). Told me to just take cough drops. Went to my regular GP and ends up I've had a sinus infection and it was cleared up in 3 days after taking antibiotics. Would not go back to this minute clinic. The clinician there is a joke.

Worse experience I've ever had. The attendant. The lady Jessica was very nasty and rude. She threw my covid test away in my face because I forgot too say my last name. I told her I couldn't hear out my right ear & she said if I didn't leave she would call the cops. I'm so hurt and upset. I recorded everything. She just had a really bad attitude. Couldn't believe she told me get out really mean. Just very trashy that one.

Showed up for my appointment, for which I received multiple reminders only to find the minuteclinic closed. No notification, no opportunity to reschedule. Find testing alternative - don't waste your time with this site.

So disappointing. I had to get the tb test I went for the first visit the nurses made the appointment for the second visit at 2:00 pm and when I get there that’s their lunch time, on top of that they were closed that day and for the hour that I waited no one told me anything. Then I went to another cleaning because I needed the results and waited 2 hours to get seen. End of the store for something that was supposed to be 15 min ended up being 4 hours. Never going there.

Understaffed. Long wait times even if you have a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend.

Awful experience would not use or recommend this location. If I could give no stars I would. Attendant Jessica very rude and disrespectful. She came late to open the booth, and was late to my appointment and came with a nasty attitude. Should not be allowed to represent CVS. CVS needs to look into the employees they are hiring especially to handle something as delicate as COVID during these times. I have reason to believe my test results were tampered with by this attendant. Contacted corporate and BBB.
