Michael did an absolute amazing job. As a first time home buyer buying a four plex, I was scared of the process and commitment of this transactions. I found the property myself without a realtor which another difficult part of the process but Michael stepped up to give me advice, recommendations, and guidance. He closed this complex loan and also provided tremendous feedback even outside of the loan process. I would definitely recommend to friends, family, and anyone looking to purchase a home or property.

Do not use this company huge scam and they over charge on points get other quotes the don’t disclose correct points and change up near the end and charge extra beware of there fees They should be reported to the state of nj REC
