We decided it was time for a new mattress. We stopped in at Mattress firm and were greeted by a pleasant sales representative Jordan. We were unsure of what our needs were since I am disabled from serious back issues. Jordan walked us through what our needs would be. The process was so much easier than we had expected. After about an hour we made an informed decision and purchased a beauty rest mattress and adjustable base. Jordan even worked with us on the price. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable on various product differences from one brand to another and then within each brand line
I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME
If delivery and set up is as good a service I will be back when ready for the next room.

Mattress Firm in Springfield is always the best. Our salesperson Thomas was awesome, he was able to provide so much info on all the different types of mattresses.

It was a wonderful experience stepping into Mattress Firm in Springfield Route 22 NJ .the salesman was very welcoming he explained the difference’s between the different types of mattresses .
I was looking for a firm mattress, of which I was able to experience lying on to make sure it was what I was looking for. It was a wonderful experience trying the different types of mattress until I found the right one. Thanks to the salesman for all his explanation that made me decide on the right mattress now I will have a good night sleep.

Ripped me off on a tempur pedic mattress....sales guy says they are good mattresses but after 5 months it's is destroying my back and shoulders....upon further research alot of people report tempur pedic uses cheap materials now and has health problems with there products. I still owe money on it and am stuck with a bed that is garbage. They are scamming anyone they sell a tempur pedic to.

My husband and I came in today looking for a king mattress, we were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Thomas was very knowledgeable and he made sure to educate us so we can make the best possible decision on choosing the best mattress to fit our needs. Tom was so great. He took all the time i needed to explain in detail all of the options and benefits of each mattress. I have had back surgery and I need the right mattress. I completely trust Toms knowledge and expertise and will be happy to refer friends and family to Tom!

I would not recommend this store based on my experience with the company. I believe it was the Union store. 3x bed exchange.. granted they did hold it for me but if it wasn’t for my person Patricia I would have returned the mattress. The stress and anxiety of this transaction equals not ever shopping there again. The Union manager was somewhat helpful and I understand he could only do so much. On a positive note I do like the purple hybrid mattress and would recommend purchasing it else where. If you know what you want online is available. Or go directly to Patricia in Union
