I’ve experienced better customer service in other stores, but I’ll only speak about my experience at this one. So, I waited 15 minutes or so for a salesperson to become available. Once it was my turn the salesman was very short and unfriendly. I blame myself for going through with the purchase because I should have taken my business elsewhere. If it's one thing I've learned after this situation is to not do business in a place where I don't feel comfortable or if I'm being mistreated by an employee.

Drove across town to make a return...just to find that they closed early, without notice or reason. Holiday hours are posted but doors were locked 30 min before closing time. A salesperson looked at me through the glass, then looked away. Very unprofessional and unreliable location.

Customer service was amazing and lots of variety. Also, the staff was very knowledgeable. They are honest and try to help the customer as much as they can.

The sales staff were great, but the furniture was not what I expected.The quality of thier furniture was, in my opinion, a lower quality that Macy's used be known for.

The quality of their items is great and they have great deals on their products. From rugs, to couches, to tables to chairs to beds. I was assisted by Stanley at the rug area who was amazingly patient and helpful. Plus is the store is dog friendly! Bhazi approves !

Although I I a true Macy's Loyal customer since the 90's (not to date myself) it seems like this location is becoming more and more unhelpful to the customers with no regard of service or even proper assistance. The last few visits have either been staff stating they can't help me because they are tired and had a lonely day... all while speaking to each other BEHIND the register or suggesting you call customer service before you even explain the problem. I see why they have begun opening up more furniture galleries within the stores. It's with great sadness that I say if I can't find it in short hills I may need to search companies elsewhere.

I purchased a matress from Macys furniture outlet in Springfield N.J. The mattress was scheduled to be delivered today 7/14/2022 at 1 PM. I'm am not so nieve to actually expect the delivery to happen at the actual scheduled time (unless its Amazon). However it's currently 5 hrs late and it's still a no show. This is totally unacceptable. I received a notification that the delivery would be delayed by 1 hr. I've had other furniture stores deliver within an acceptable window delay ( ie Ashley, Raymore, and Bobs) I had to reschedule my business schedule beware of this delay. I rather the dispatcher notify me and just state that the delivery is not going to happen today and request a rescheduling. Dont leave me in limbo and waste my time and inhibit my activities. I will not purchase furniture from there again.

My family and I traveled an hour away to this location to walk into no greeting, help or interest in sales at all. When we asked a white associate a question we were given a close ended answer and were told rudely there were two more people ahead of us (store was pretty empty from my perspective). Instead of directing us to another associate who was free we were ignored. There was clearly another associate sitting in front of a computer doing nothing. We sat on one of the sample couches for a good 20-30 mins until another associate approached us and asked if we were being helped. What could've been a 10 min visit by answering two simple questions turned into a half hour long visit with no resolution or sale. We were ready to purchase a sectional unit and left with nothing. Never again will we make a trip to this Macy's outlet location. Extremely unprofessional and racist.
