I have nothing but praise for the sales reps, managers and phone reps at all the Macy's furniture locations but especially the Springfield NJ location. They are helpful, understanding and truly knowledgeable about their product and customer needs.

Great staff, nice furniture, fairly priced. However, they need to let you take the smaller pieces of furniture home or let customers pick them up somewhere rather than charge $125.00 to deliver a small side table!
