Very bad experience trying to sell my camera today women told me hr wait it was over an hour and three people ahead of me if I stayed it would have been another hr and more how can they make people wait like that only one person working and the other three sitting around doing nothing very bad business experience they needed to be more prepared and have others working, People have lives too the women said it’s raining out you can sit here I said I have children at home to attend toIf you are going to have an event like that you need to have more workers and be attentive to your customers

I just needed a roll of film developed so instead of going to Walgreens like I should have I went here. The guy fussing in the showroom was very dismissive when I just asked a couple simple questions and told me I need to wait for the guy working behind the counter. Fine. So I fill out the form, drop off the film and ask how long it typically takes, he said only a day or two and I will get an email with the digital copies. 1 week later and I still had not received an email so I went back to the store. This is when I learn that for almost $25 you do not get prints of your pictures but only digital copies. Even Walgreens gives you the prints AND digital copies for LESS MONEY. This should have been made explicitly clear. Fine, live and learn, but then a guy comes out from the back arguing with me saying that "we would never say 1 or 2 days, it always takes 5-7 business days" even though I SPECIFFICALY ASKED HOW LONG IT TAKES WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE FILM. I would have been fine with an answer of it will be a couple more days but to come out of the back and argue with me about what I was told, that is unacceptable. I can see why independent places like this are all dying. I was trying to give you business, that won't happen again.

Right now, very unhappy. My camera was defective when I got it. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong and finally took it back to Mike's Camera to find out what.Woops, the shutter was off. Not anything I was doing. They documented the problem, two people saw it. So sent to the warranty place. After "6" weeks sent it back saying they could find nothing wrong.The nice people at Mikes camera, looked. Still had the same problem. Now they have had it another two weeks, while Mikes said to put a rush on it.At this point, just give me a new camera and hope it isn't defective too.

If you have a warranty claim, just bypass everything and threated to get a lawyer and contact the BBB. That is the only way my case was resolve after 5 month. You can call the president at x120 or a manger at x128, hope this helps. Would give negative stars if possible. I know warranty companies are difficult to deal with but this was the worst one I've ever had the displeasure of doing "business" with. I say business in quotes as it came close to grand theft.

Terrible experiance. I just got my camera back yesterday only to find they took it apart but left the outer lens ring loose. The screw was almost about to fall out. They said the repaired and cleaned. The camera lens was very dirty and they were suppose to actually replace a dented outer ring lens which they did not. They sent it back in worse condition than I sent it in by leaving my outer lens ring loose. You need a special tool to tighten. I am hoping to take it to Mike's camera where I bought the camera and the warranty for the fix Mack never gave. I can't believe how angry this made me. I paid $40 to have it shipped to them and got the "Diamond" warranty which was the top of the line. What a waste of money and time. I wouldn't buy a camera again from a place that only sells Mack as the only warranty option. I can't believe they are still in business and big companies like Mike's Camera support them.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company after purchasing the 3 Yr Diamond Under $2000. package for my camera.I sent my camera in for repair after an accident in which it was dropped and suffered multiple problems, including damage to the LCC monitor. However, I was shocked and disappointed to discover that instead of repairing the camera as promised, your company simply replaced a rubber cover and performed a firmware update.Not only did this not address any of the issues with the camera, but it also left me with a camera that was still not functioning properly. As a customer who paid for a service package, I expected much better treatment from your company.I am extremely angry at your lack of professionalism and failure to provide the level of service that was promised to me.

Very Dishonest. They will not service their warranties.Purchased a Mack Warranty when we bought our washing machine. Our machine broke at the beginning of January. We put in a ticket with Mack and they still have not sent someone down to fix it. It’s April and they still have done nothing. Multiple calls and messages and “promises” that someone will deal with it have went nowhere. They actually don’t care. They just don’t honor something they sold and are just delaying hoping we will go away.

SCAM!! I was finally promised a compensation check after months of sitting with a broken oven range and them dragging out the process for as long as possible...and 6 months later I still haven't received the check!!!! What did I pay for when I bought the warranty???? They don't even pick up the phone when I call or respond to any emails I sent.Shame on them!!!!!!!!

I purchased a warranty from them when i bought my wash machine. But when it broke and needed repair, they kept pushing me off. I had to keep calling and waiting on the phone forever till someone answers. It took 3 weeks to get fixed.

Do not sign up with themI called for service under my contract warranty for my fridge and they tell me that I have to call a mover to pull out the fridge first they will not pull it out.They find every excuse not to service you.Beside the fact that no one picks up the phone and you can wait for hours.

Beware of this company. Purchased a warranty from them, and when it comes time to get service they will drag you out for weeks and weeks until you have no choice but to pay someone else to fix your appliance.

Sent mp3 player to get fixed under the warranty purchased when item was new.They failed to fix item and then would not return the item unless I payed extortionate shipping. Wow they are still in business.
