I don't want to be waiting for 6-7 weeks to get my watch fixed for warranty issue. Seems that Tag Heuer is not a trusted watch nor it's after sale service.And no I don't understand, I don't accept I need to wait for 6-7 weeks to hear back and actually what happened I did need to wait more.

I sent my Zenith watch to change glass and do service, first they sent me the offer 702 $ and I accepted and paid it, then they called me and said that they want to change some thing else which it cost a lot of money, I refused and asked them just change the glass, they accepted, but next day they called me again and said that to change that thing too or they didnt able to replace the glass, I asked them to send me an exact offer, they told me soon that I will receive an email with a new offer.
but I received an email from fedex that they sent me back the watch without repair instead an offer email.
Worst service ever I met in my life.
By the way: my watch was working good, just need to replace the glass.

Sent my Tag to have it repaired. They just sent it back with no explanation why they did not fix it or what was wrong with it.

Terrible. Routine watch service took several weeks. Replaced older parts on my Tag watch band with newer ones that did not fit. Replaced the crown of my watch with one that did not fit. These folks are crooks. Do NOT give them your business.

If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would!!Absolutely worst customer service in the industry. this is being written by a master watchmaker who has been in the industry for nearly 15 years. Galen in the so called customer service Department is the most rude and disgusting human being I have ever spoken to in a watch service facility. We sent a watch in for a partial repair as the watch has been just serviced and was running perfectly, a timing print out from a chronoscope was provided showing 300 Degrees of amplitude and a rate of +5 S/D. They would not honor that as they are crooks and requested we pay $900 UPFRONT!!! and then wait 3+ months for the watch to be completely serviced again!!! As a watchmaker in the industry I have never been treated this way by any other service facility from any other brands. I would hope that LVMH changes their ways soon and cleans shop with these disgusting employees they have working in this facility in NJ.

I had an issue with a 2 week old Zenith Defy 21. After being sent out for repairs the issue was addressed accordingly now the watch works perfectly Thanks again for standing behind your product you now I feel confident there will be another Zenith in my collection very soon.

After one phone call, I now understand why my Zenith watch sent there 2 times in 3 months by my local repair shop is still not functioning the way it should! LVMH could not care less about customer service! limit rude on the phone, not trying to find any solution or provide any help... On to find a a repair shop who will be able to fix my expensive paper weight!!

My wife purchased a watch for me as a wedding gift and it is an amazing watch I love it. I was always having problems with the link pin falling out randomly so I had the watch sent in for repairs. Since the location I originally purchased the watch from could not get it right, it was sent to LVMH for the repairs. The watch was sent back to me damaged and they claim it was my doing that caused it. I will not use this company again for repairs.

I sent a Zenith that was purchased less than 2 months so basically a brand new watch. It was returned to me damaged to watch finish and also with debris under the crystal. I was asked to send it back. The watch looks to have been lost in transit that was 2 weeks ago. Hope we can get this resolved soon
