We were not happy with the photo of our daughter at her graduation ceremony. The color & brightness were not good. I contacted Lors to see if they could edit it, or refund our $. We received a reply that they would edit it. We have not received anything or heard from them in over 2 weeks, despite a follow up email.

I took my senior photos for Columbia University with Lors Photography, and it was an amazing experience! Both Jerry and Neil show so much care and dedication to each and every student getting their photos done. Their work does not go unnoticed and the photos are beautiful.

When I ordered my senior portraits the pieces were wildly inflated. Not only that but when my band photos were taken, the photographer didn’t focus on me so it was blurry. I called and emailed, however Lors did not respond. My parents never even received a refund, just a bad edit over a still blurry photo. Bad photos, photographers, editors, and customer service. 0/10

Lors photography gets zero stars!!!!! I prepaid online for my daughter's 10th grade school photos. She was out with the flu during the week that the pictures were taken. She did the make up photos at the beginning of November. I never received the photos so after the Christmas holiday was over I called Lors and no one returned my call. I called again, still no return call. I emailed....no response. Finally I called yet again and actually got a live person. I was told they would return my call and that they would look into it. I did, in fact, get a return call. They have no record of my daughter's photo anywhere. They saw my order and could not find the picture. The digital team was searching for it to no avail. They felt offered the option of coming to the studio, which is in New Jersey, to retake the photos. We live on the east end of Long Island. Obviously not an option. They will refund my money and when I asked what I should do about getting her 10th grade school picture don redc cc since they lost it, he told me he had no idea and I should just call the school and let them deal with it. Nasty attitude.

The proofs arrived promptly. I was not happy with the choice of packages. I purchased the digital package so I could print my own. Unfortunately I cannot locate the email and have not heard back from customer service about sending another email.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a picture package where the pictures didn't come out great, so I chose to do retakes. Well, the retakes came out even worse. The photo was super dark & I was actually happier with the first set of bad ones! I contacted them & never heard back. Bad customer service, bad pictures.

They do good pictures. I am very unhappy however, after spending 311.00 that they won't be retouching any of the other poses aside from the yearbook pose. they have the nerve to charge 16.99 to retouch each pose! I won't be getting the other pictures done with retouching. most people don't have 400 to spend on photos. That's ridiculous and unfair because we have no other option but this vendor to choose from. glad this is my last graduating senior!

Nothing but issues from day one dealing with this company. I don't know why schools continue to use them. My youngest is a senior and I went to order her senior portraits and the prices are astronomical! They take advantage of senior parents and raise the prices. Not to mention you can't really see the photos very well online because they are so blurry.

Hi I received my son’s picture today with lots of excitement but the picture was very disappointing.There is a glare of computer screen in his glasses and the picture looks like he wasn’t even ready, I enquired my child and he was telling there is no enough time.The price of the package is more with shipping fee but it’s not worth of this much money. Last year in elementary school the photography service is so good with free background selections and the products were more and way cheaper with free shipping. How the middle school selects the studio and Atleast they should give some time to take photos. If there is no time for enough kids, then it’s an unnecessary waste of money to the parents.Highly disappointed and never recommend anyone to waste the money.Instead we can take the pictures ourselves .Not even worth of one star , like to give zero star.

I spoke with Nate and he was able to update and resolve an issue that I missed when placing my order. His service was fast and efficient. For years our schools have used Lors Photography and we’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences.
