βCalled about getting renter's insurance for first time. Everything was done in a couple of minutes by phone. Then went in person to get policy and pay for a year. So fast, easy and simple. However, we did have a long lovely conversation both by phone and in person about all kinds of things not related to insurance. Diane is so friendly and good hearted. A real angel who I give my highest possible recommendations.

βI reached out to John Klein from State Farm when I wasn't happy with my previous insurance carrier. He helped me every step of the way and with that, I had my mother switch to State Farm as well. I want to commend John for his exceptional customer service as he always went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I recently moved out of NJ so unfortunately I will have to switch to a FL office but I will miss John's holiday and birthday cards he sends every year. Keep up the great work John!!! βOur family has had insurance with State Farm for over 25 years and we've been with Michael Lyne's team for at least 20 of those years.
They have never faltered in helping us with our policies or random questions. Just recently we needed to request updated documents for one of our vehicles. I am not exaggerating when I say that we had the updated documents in our email inbox in under 5 minutes!
