What a great team at BMW of Springfield Collision Center. After my accident I contacted them, letting them know my car was on the way in a tow truck. Marco took care of everything from my insurance claim to coordinating the rental car. My car was fixed in the time frame they promised and looks like it was new again (pin stripes and all). They made a situation that could've been frustrating and inconvenienced to being easy and pleasant.

My car is drivable, they held it 16days for replacement of hood , I have to rent car from enterprise for 16 days, they charge rental plus 19 dollars per day insurance, which they did not quote

Great service. I showed up out of nowhere. My car was brought right in sputtering with a check engine light on. An hour later I was on my way. Car fixed and running like a champ Great bunch of people, from the drive all the way to the patient and understanding service advisor. 100% recommended to all. No disappointment at BMW OF SPRINGFIELD

This dealership is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Art in Sales is the best around. Quick, honest, no secrets. It's a pleasure to buy / lease from him. I'll never deal with anyone else. The rest of the staff are always very nice and efficient. It's a busy dealership on many days so be patient. Footprint is small. It's all worth it.
