Customer service was the worst I have experienced. The condescending attitude and rude behavior was beyond poor treatment it was cruel. Like Michelle C. who also posted about their experience, I too was talked down to and insulted. To top it off, the employee discouraged me from having my bass tuned before I left and did not send me an e receipt. I will never return and I'd advise all musicians, especially those new the art to shop elsewhere. The place is an enormous kill joy.

Piss poor customer service, Walked in with a few items to inquire about trade ins on, and didn't even get the time of the day of the 3 employees standing by the front desk. All I received was a very dismissive response and was told they were not doing trade ins. However, I went to their competitor across the street Sam Ash, and was greeted with a much more friendlier staff, who was willing to make arrangements for me to bring in the gear for a trade In Evaluation. Guitar centers may have rubbed me the wrong way for the last time. No wonder people love places like Sam Ash and Sweetwater 10000% more, the staff at both business are way more pleasant to work with.

Little confusing but looks like we got the sale.Should of demonstrated amp before he sold it to me, it was a used amp. Lost track buying several things.No info on amp?

I had my guitar repaired here and they tried to SCAM ME. I was having a bridge replaced and I was quoted 200 for parts and 100 for labor. i when to pickup my guitar anr they bought a CHEAPER alternative bridge for 110, and then charged me the full 300. The guy didnt even change the internal parts - only what could be seen from the front. Awful store, awful service.

The store and product is why I give a 3 the employees do not reflect that. Most of my encounters with employees are positive…. I am more upset that every single guitar or bass I picked up was trash unplayable drying out neck warp was very sad given the name of the store. I’d buy some equipment given a good price but would never buy a string instrument off the wall not for what prices are these days

I called to sell my e piano and buy a new one they asked me to come over. When I arrived they asked me to wait for 1 and 1/2 hour because they’re busy. After 2 hours they asked to wait for another 30 minutes.

Do not waste your time selling/trading your guitar with their salesman, Pablo. I would rate this place 0 stars for its service if it weren’t for June and Dan (the repair guy). The place was understaffed and we were MORE than understanding about that. This whole thing took 2 hours. Pablo told us that the guitar is broken due to loose knobs and he failed to realize that the bridge was not even in its proper state. We had the electric guitar looked and fixed by Dan at the repair station. He was the one who noticed the bridge wasn’t configured properly and fixed the bridge and loose knobs. The electric guitar was not broke at all and was playing perfectly. After being fixed, we took it back to Pablo and waited patiently for him to finish with his current customers. Told us that it’ll take 10 mins. It took longer, but we were patient since it was understaffed. Guess what? After Pablo was done with his line of customers, he decides to go to OTHER customers right in front of our faces, BEFORE assisting us. He directly walked up to other customers on the floor when he knowingly knew that we were waiting for him to finish his original line of customers all this time. Pablo did NOT bother to come up to us or call us over to continue assisting with our electric guitar. WE had to go up to him ourselves. When the reselling/trading process was finally initialized, June and Dan took over to help us which we highly preferred. June and Dan had great customer service. We appreciated their help and guidance. Don’t waste your time with Pablo who lacks customer service and initiation. What a shame. Hire more people like Dan and June. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PABLO.
