The best of the best!! Trainers are super dedicated, always challenging you and so supportive. I’ve been here for 2 years and have seen major changes in my energy, strength and overall agility. I’ve worked out at a lot of gyms in my life and this is BY FAR the best! Anthony, Kirk, Emily, & JT make this place what it is! Highly recommend!

I am in week 3 of strength training at Game Changers and loving it! Kirk, Anthony, and Emily give individual attention that is geared to your fitness level. In my case, I have NEVER worked out with weights, medicine balls, etc and was quite skeptical what this old body would do in a gym. Not to fear! The team demonstrates everything and coaches you to make any needed correction. It is a group session, but with a 1:6 ratio of coach to trainee and individualized exercises it is truly a personal trainer experience!

GameChanger is incredibly special. I love the personal connections, the little hand written notes of encouragement and the way they honestly share in the excitement of your progress. I am always impressed by the continued personalize treatment they provide to their clients, but then a new level is reached like when I turned 50 and received beautiful flowers and a birthday cake! Yep, this is my PLACE.I joined GameChanger in Springfield, NJ back in 2017. From day one the owner and coaches have always made me feel completely welcome and right at home. Over the years, I have accomplished so many incredible things under their care and coaching. They coached me through my first ever powerlifting competition, which was something I never thought I would ever do, and then through 4 additional competitions, where I hit some of my highest personal records.The coaching staff is simply amazing, they take the time to get to know you as a person and provide you with 1:1 time so they can truly understand your individual goals. The coaches push you, celebrate with you and provide constant encouragement. Most importantly they listen! Their goal is your success!“Progress not Perfection”, is a motto you hear often, when you are at GameChanger, but I can honestly say that Joe, and his team of incredible coaches are Perfection, which is why so many of us that choose to be a part of this family make so much Progress!!!

GameChanger is an exceptional fitness experience no matter what stage you are at in your life. As was the case with me, the big box experience wasn’t meeting my needs as an adult. It lacked the structure that I needed to make fitness and strength training a long term lifestyle change vs. a short term impulse that would quickly burn out amongst life’s other priorities. This experience is very different from the point you book your session, arrive at the gym, and carry out your workout. There is an environment of accountability and professionalism on the part of the coaches to get you toward fitness goals you would have not thought possible. I’ve been with GameChanger for about 5 years and am very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this to any person looking to prioritize health and fitness in their busy lives.Ed DeMartino

I am so thankful that I found Game Changer almost 5 years ago. The small group training sessions are exactly what I never knew I needed. I have never stuck with a workout routine for more than a year or two before joining Game Changer. I never felt at home in large classes, and I wasn’t confident or self-motivated enough to go it on my own. The small group training sessions are a perfect fit for me, and the coaches are friendly, motivating, and very encouraging. I highly recommend Game Changer to anyone looking for a better fitness experience!

I have been a member of Game Changer Fitness in Springfield since April of 2022 and it was the best choice I have ever made for my health and fitness goals. The Game Changer model is perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time for long workouts but also wants to see tangible results . I used to be a big “clock watcher” whenever I have tried classes or workouts in the past, but not anymore because the 45 minute time frame at Game Changer flies by! Also, the workouts are individualized so that while you are definitely challenged, modifications are made for things like fitness level and injuries .I can’t say enough about the coaches and the atmosphere at Game Changer. I was hooked when I returned for my second class and the coach already remembered my name !Everyone is very supportive and friendly yet you can still have the space to just work out on your own without being “looked at !!”Game Changer definitely earns every 5 star review it receives!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have joined many commercial gyms and have had trainers. I think Game Changers have a cost effective approach for individuals that have a goal. I participate in the group training aspect and I have gotten stronger after 3 weeks. There is a log of your progress and each trainer challenges you without going overboard. Great concept that they have a physical therapist on staff. Always clean and everyone has a great attitude!

GC is an amazing gym. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. But the real gem - the coaches. They are friendly , knowledgeable and know how to train each individual. There are so many places to train at but the key is finding a place with the right coaches. They are terrific for beginners to experienced athletes at all ages. I highly recommend this gym. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I have always worked out and tried every craze out there. It would be fine in the beginning but it would get boring or stop working. I have been with Gamechanger in Springfield for 5 years and couldn't be happier. My body has transformed, I am stronger and more confident. The workouts vary and target different muscles. The Trainers are AMAZING! They can work around your injuries, they are knowledgeable and are a pleasure to be around. I enjoy the teams I work out with as well. They become your "gym family", they are motivating and I look forward to working out with them in a small group setting. BEST GYM EVER!!!

Perfect environment for working out. Each person has their own work space. One experienced professional trainer per 6 people.The trainers watch you like a hawk to be sure you are doing the exercises properly as well as offering tons of motivational support. Highly recommend GameChanger Fitness!

This gym is like my second home, trainers and other people there are always smiling and helpful. Specific training designed so you don’t need to think, plus they modify anything if you need. I have had multiple medical issues, but they always figure out a way to still give me a great workout within my limitations. I cannot recommend them more highly, you will not regret giving it a try.

I have been coming here consistently for 3 months, 3 days a week minimum. Emily is a fantastic coach and all of the coaches keep detailed notes on individuals progress and training preferences, so when there is a different coach for any session they are fully prepared. I also really appreciate the quarterly check in on progress which opens up the discussion on goals too.

I thought I would give it a try when they advertised 30 days for $20. When I met with the owner he stated it was actually 6 days for $20. I requested a call back from the owner or manager and received a call from an assistant that said she was aware of the ad. and they will be changing it since they received several complaints. Later when being pressured by the manager to join the gym, I brought this misleading advertising up and he became very irritated and stated he knows but will not change the advertisement.From the moment you walk in the door they push a membership which is much higher priced than small class fitness gyms. Also most of the trainers are interns and not actual trainers.Since I maybe moving due to work, I wanted time before I committed but thee constant nagging to buy a membership was a real turnoff.
