Paul and team are excellent. My son started training here once a week - developing agility, strength and fitness. He plays only one sport - so this training helps keep him injury free. Training programs are custom developed.

As far as private PT gyms go Evolution Fitness is the "real-deal", I work out with Paul and Mike who both exemplify what a Professional Trainer should be and have the knowledge and credentials to go along with it.
