Echo Plaza Shopping Center in Springfield, NJ, is a fantastic shopping destination with a variety of stores to cater to your needs. I've been a frequent visitor, and I have to say it's one of my favorite places to shop in the area.What stands out most for me is the convenience of having so many shopping options all in one place. It's like a one-stop-shop for all your needs. Whether you're looking for clothing, electronics, groceries, or anything in between, Echo Plaza has you covered.One of my personal favorites in the shopping center is the Identogo location. Getting my fingerprints done there was a breeze. The process was efficient and hassle-free. Plus, the staff at Identogo were incredibly professional and made the experience pleasant. It's definitely a convenient place to take care of important tasks like fingerprinting.What truly impressed me during my visits to Echo Plaza was the outstanding customer service across the board. The employees at various stores within the center are friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers' needs. It creates a welcoming and enjoyable shopping atmosphere.Echo Plaza Shopping Center is also well-maintained and clean, which adds to the overall pleasant shopping experience. The layout is easy to navigate, and ample parking space makes it hassle-free to access.In conclusion, Echo Plaza Shopping Center in Springfield, NJ, is a shopper's paradise. Most of the people were friendly. I found what I was looking for and more. I just missed the entrance but there was adequate parking.

I really enjoy shopping in Stop and Shop, store is clean and very neat, the signs above the aisle, is helpful when looking for something. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
