I like this gym but i cant stand how many younger kids monopolize the floor and just talk. Its not an afterschool club.They need to have someone on the floor telling these kids to workout or leave

Not happy with how many younger kids monopolize cables every visit, and they disregard not gym bags on floor...Also many people sit on the equipment on their phones NOT using the peice of equipment. This is a regular thing here.Look in the pic...3 different people not doing sets or working out but on their phones

I tried canceling before my next payment was due, still got charged, got charged again for annually fee, had to talk to so many people to cancel finally reached somebody who could help me but told me lies after lies saying my charges were meant to get charged like if I didn’t have a calendar in front of me to match up with charger, they flat out will try their hardest to squeeze every penny out of your wallet and ignore your cancellation, always got the same responses “we lost your cancellation” and then not even give any kind of apology for how much I got charged this gym system sucks

Why did a machine I use smell like someone took a ripe one on it? Disgusting and unsanitary, basically a biohazard. CLEAN YOUR GYM

It is very crowded with young people after 3. Major wait times for equipment. They keep changing their class schedule. Most group fitness instructors do not modify activities for older people or those with weak areas.

I joined this gym few months back. I love the layout of the gym. However it needs some improvements.- Issues with the ventilation system? This gym is always hot. Concerning the fact this place is always crowded and the ventilation system is not running at full capacity specially downstairs. Definitely a health concern.- Gym policy needs to be enforced. A lot of times people are not following simple gym etiquette. Also the managers and staff need to take their job seriously. Looks like a lot of people not following the rules are friends with the staff hence polices are not pushed.Lastly, people at the front need to be more welcoming. Several times I entered the facility and say hi and all i get is a stare.

I’ve been working with Coach Ro as my personal trainer since I had a back injury in November. He helped me get back on my feet and as well as training for my upcoming season as wildland firefighter. He tailored our sessions to what I needed by identifying points where I was weak and explains how the exercises are going to benefit me in the long run. Ro is very knowledgable, and if he doesn’t know the answer to a specific problem you’re having he will research it himself and develop a plan for you. I’ve noticed that I am back to being in great shape as well as a lot of my physical problems that I had been experiencing are now either diminished or entirely gone. I highly suggest working with Coach Ro if you’re new to working out AND if you’re experienced and are looking to add more depth to your current workout regimen.Additionally, the staff here is great. The facilities are great. And the pricing is the best that I could find in the area for a FULLY equipped gym. I found myself either looking at paying less for a minimal amount of equipment or way over for a standard amount.

These people are totally OUT OF CONTROL - my membership was cancelled according to the requirements of the contract last year (2023) and they continue to try to charge my account.Sad to say these people define SLEAZE - NEVER EVER (pardon my shouting) do business with them - if even one person takes my warning, then the world will be a better place.Go to any other club - believe me!
