Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.

Great store with wonderful selection and good price. Found the boots I needed which were in sale. Salesperson very knowledgeable. Hold time on phone minimal. Good bonus coupon for additional $10 with purchase > $50!I will be going back to shop more.

I go to Bob's to get composite toe boots at a decent price. My 1st time going to Blue Star shopping center location, but got what I needed with no issues.

I’ve had great experiences at Bobs before they moved to the new location. Yesterday I drove there with my son and it took extra long because they moved in the opposite direction. We got there 7:50 and they close at 8, but we knew what we wanted. The door was locked and the manager told us he locks the door at 7:45. There were two other guys that drove an hour to get there and the manager refused all of us entry. They asked when the store closes and the manager said 8. I said “No, you close at 7:45.” We all made a significant effort to patronize Bobs, and the manager would not let us in because he wanted to leave. I bought my sons clothes elsewhere and won’t be making the effort to buy at a store that doesn’t care about it’s customers.
