As always, the experience was an A+. Our sales consultant was Isabella; she was very knowledgeable and helped us find the car that met all of our needs. When we went to go pick up the car the team surprised me with a pretty white bow! It was such a lovely touch to make the experience feel celebratory! Mike B. , the sales manager has been giving us excellent service for over 25 years. Andre gave me a full education on how to use all the computerized bells and whistles. The car drives so smoothly and the seats are so comfortable; big improvement from my 2022 model.

Isabella was absolutely amazing and Miss Perfection! She went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new M340. From start to finish there was honesty throughout the process and even followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Isabella will have me as a returning customer to BMW OF SPRINGFIELD and will give her a 10/10. Most sales teams at other dealerships don’t put in what she does!
Nick in finance was very professional and was very detailed about my financing and made sure my car had the necessary items to make sure I was covered.
Matt was very detailed throughout my delivery process and went over every detail on my M340.
Overall if I could rate higher than a 10 I would. This dealership treats its customers how they like to be treated!

I love servicing my vehicle at BMW of Springfield NJ.
I normally don’t write reviews however this one is a must.
As soon as I pulled into the drive, I was greeted by the nicest valet who couldn’t be more pleasant.
The drive manager (Manny) took my shopping bags and placed them in the loaner car which was not only already waiting for me but super clean!
I then was greeted by Cátia who was just so professional, courteous and friendly.
My service advisor Austin was so knowledgeable, informative, professional, friendly and very helpful. He was truly receptive to all my concerns and put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of.
They all made me feel like I was a valued customer. I couldn’t be more happy, appreciative and thankful for this dealership and everyone who works there!

First time at this dealership for service. I will also add that I am out of warranty for my 2019 BMW. I wanted to try this dealership as it was close to home. Scheduling online was easy and efficient. I was lucky enough to be assigned Micael Lopes as my service advisor. I literally drove in, met Micael and in addition to my alignment, he found a recall on my vehicle. I agreed to have both addressed as I waited in their lovely customer waiting room. I was offered a ride home, but I came prepared with my ipad and had a cup of their gourmet coffee and just relaxed. A few hours later, the vehicle was completed and ready for me to drive home. The price was fair for BMW certified service and I will be back with my other BMW. Great experience, great advisor, and all of the other folks that I came in to contact really seem to enjoy working there. Thank you!

Would have given 4 stars based on the fast service turn around, but the unpleasant lady with over dyed red hair at the front desk/reception for sales ruined what could have been a good experience. Also noted that the tech mentioned they would check/adjust tire air pressure, which was at 40psi when I brought it in, they deflated the tires down to 36-38psi and now im getting warning signs. Probably go to Bmw of Morristown now.
