I purchased my jeep here and have been serving my vehicle here for many years. Over the years service have been poor but I still continue due to the proximity to my address. Since the last two years it has taken a nose dive. They now have my vehicle for over a month to repair and you can't even get them on the phone to get a update.Never will I bring my vehicle here again.Guys, find another dealer.

I want to give a major shout out to my longtime service advisor, Angelina Matovski who was incredibly helpful and on top of all aspects of my recent transmission replacement in my Dodge Charger. This was about a 3 week repair. And from the very beginning Angelina was simply remarkable and caring. Upon confiming a transmission issue, I texted Angelina and she had me bring the car in within the hour. It was a weekend, so I had to wait a couple of days before she could have the car inspected by the techs who confirmed the transmission had to be replaced. Angelina then worked her magic! She was able to get me a brand new transmission in record time, and was able to get me a loaner while my car was in the shop. She was a life saver!! The work was then done carefully & correctly. In short, I have never had an auto service representative treat me with such personal care- she was truly concerned and wanted to make sure everything was done properly, as quickly as possible and as painlessly as possible. Angelina is THE reason why I continue to come back to Autoland service for all of my Jeep and Dodge vehicles. Angelina Matovski is THE BEST. PERIOD! And I give her 10 STARS across the board for everything- professionally and personally.

Dropped my truck off to be looked at by the service team. Appointment was 8am Tuesday. It is now 6:30 Thursday night and have received no contact about it other than the automated text saying they have the truck. Text says to reply if any questions. Well I did but no response. Called. Tossed around then dumped into voicemail. Still no response. Two days now with no update on what they found, estimate on what they found to ok the work or even “hey, we are sorry and are backed up and haven’t had the chance to look at it”. Total radio silence.

I love this dealer ship. Mr knolan Latouche was the best helper ever. He treated me good and was a very polite person . My Car had to stay for a couple of days and he, made sure I was taking care of and also, made sure I had a loaner car to get around in. Thank you guys so much for everything !!!

We have two Jeeps. This review is for the Compass. I brought it in for the 20k service plus I had several issues I wanted them to look into and fix. They asked if I could leave it so they had ample time to address. They gave me a nice loaner. They kept me updated on what they uncovered. They were great about giving me a discount on the repairs too. Knolan was awesome. He was very communicative and friendly. Although they couldn't replicate a couple of the issues I was having, they did assure me that there wasn't a safety concern. I highly recommend!

Completely disappointed!!Regularly, I visit the service to check up and do maintenance on my car. I bought that car for 73K at AUTOLAND a year ago.After one year, my tires make a lot of noise in the cabin.So I visited the service department to drop off my car. Alan was my service advisor.After a call from Alan, the car was ready. After arriving, He says tires have manufacturing defects and tires are completed ruined. He swear everything is alright with the car, recommending for me to replace the tires.Funny thing also when i was buying a car they sold me ADDITIONAL RIMS AND TIRES WARRANTY for 700$. Nothing was covered by warranty.So I didn't believe him! I go to a different Jeep dealer/ service the same day. RESULT! One year old car doesn't have wheel alignment, and that was the cause of tire damage.AutoLand will not take care of the functionality and safety of your car.

After going to 7 different car dealerships. I decided to go to Autoland and met with Nestor. He is a great guy we tested a few trucks. He was very honest with me and stuck with me the who process. The crew was nice and the supervisor Jack was a big help but i highly recommend Nestor. He gets it. I love my Jeep Cherokee.

This July, Mr. Walter Vertil gave me excellent advice and helped me complete the trade for my car. The process was fast and easy, and the work was done clearly. I highly recommend him. It was a pleasure to know and work with him!

Worst call dealership ever bought a 2023 Jeep Cherokee four months ago...had to take it in for service 6 days later...I came out from work on August 13...car will not start...mind you this is a 2023..waiting 2 hours for tow..had to call out from work... called service rep he was dismissive and arrogant....and I am stuck with this LEMON...please do not bay a var from this dealership!!! Not going to mention the actual buying process...he was aggressive and pushy calling all hours in the morning...just horrible

I took my Renegade to get repaired for a vibration at 60 mph. They said I needed brake. I had to speak to the service manager to explain that the brakes had nothing to do with the vibration at 60 mph. They took it for a drive and told me the rear tire needed to be balanced. I had the brakes done and a week later I was getting a hissing sound from the brake pedal. I took it back and they told me the greased something related to the brakes and that should fix it and they gave me a list of maintenance items the car "needs".Meanwhile, the car still vibrates and the hissing sound continues.I got on line and within minutes found that the car needs the brake booster replaced and the vibration is a drivetrain issue. Don't take your vehicle there. They don't look to repair vehicles. They're only interested in doing costly maintenance work. Oscar O.

I was waiting 3 hours just for them not to fix the issue with my car. Once the service advisor Alan came over to let me know the issue with my car, he was very rude. When asking questions he rudely said well what do you want me to do and not being considered to the situation.

I financed a car from this place today. Frank was great! Very hepful. I’ll be honest I walked in knowing my credit wasn’t great but he was very patient and upfront with me on what I should expect. He helped me get approved and my wife and I truly thank him for all the help he provided us with. Absolutely recommend. Ask for my boy Frank!
