Autoland was so efficient with my car! I made a call and expressed my concerns and really gave me their earliest appointment. I dropped off the car and they were nice enough to order me to and from Autoland! It was quick and detailed and now my car is ready to go. Thank you Autoland for a quick, efficient and speedy experience before a holiday weekend.

Chris was super helpful, made the process quick and easy as possible. He was nice, answered all of my questions and could tell he cared, despite it only being his first month on the job. He even helped after the process, taking my phone calls and answering my further questions that I did not recall or have a chance to ask during the purchase process. I highly recommend him and the dealership in general. Everyone I encountered was nice and they even offered me a better rate than my bank of which I have preferred rates at! Highly recommended.

I felt extremely supported throughout my entire visit. I was provided frequent updates regarding the progress of the services, explanations of the costs and benefits or suggested services, etc. I feel most comfortable returning when needed.

Schedule an appointment for my oil change and when I arrive they didn't have my appointment on file. Knolan took my car anyways and had the oil change done! He was great!

Tried to schedule service. Put on infinite hold once, hung up on once, 3rd time I got through to an actual person, told they're not accepting any new clients. Your mileage may vary, but be wary.
