Came here to check out a 2020 Durango R/T and happy to say I walked out with it! First off very nice dealership and even nicer and accommodating staff. Frank was very helpful, very real, and very down to earth. Another sales rep or manager Jerome was also very helpful both reps were able to negotiate a reasonable price with me and I’m very satisfied with my experience here! Definitely go and check them out! All of their vehicles can surely be trusted, being either new or certified used. They don’t try to push any unnecessary charges or fees on you, only the required fees like tax, doc, reg, titling, etc. very very fair and honest people. Spoke with one of the managers, I believe Steve, who played a part in me obtaining the car very very nice guy. Much respect for all here definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone!

I took my Renegade to get repaired for a vibration at 60 mph. They said I needed brake. I had to speak to the service manager to explain that the brakes had nothing to do with the vibration at 60 mph. They took it for a drive and told me the rear tire needed to be balanced. I had the brakes done and a week later I was getting a hissing sound from the brake pedal. I took it back and they told me the greased something related to the brakes and that should fix it and they gave me a list of maintenance items the car "needs".Meanwhile, the car still vibrates and the hissing sound continues.I got on line and within minutes found that the car needs the brake booster replaced and the vibration is a drivetrain issue. Don't take your vehicle there. They don't look to repair vehicles. They're only interested in doing costly maintenance work. Oscar O.

Regularly, I visit the service to check up and do maintenance on my car. I bought that car for 73K at AUTOLAND a year ago.After one year, my tires make a lot of noise in the cabin.So I visited the service department to drop off my car. Alan was my service advisor.After a call from Alan, the car was ready. After arriving, He says tires have manufacturing defects and tires are completed ruined. He swear everything is alright with the car, recommending for me to replace the tires.Funny thing also when i was buying a car they sold me ADDITIONAL RIMS AND TIRES WARRANTY for 700$. Nothing was covered by warranty.So I didn't believe him! I go to a different Jeep dealer/ service the same day. RESULT! One year old car doesn't have wheel alignment, and that was the cause of tire damage.AutoLand will not take care of the functionality and safety of your car.

Autoland is very ethical and reliable shop for car services and sales. They have done work for me and it has always been a great experience. Could not be happier. Ask Angelina in the service center to yodel for you. She is an expert and her customer service was excellent and professional!As always I have found their work on my car timely, well done, clean and at a reasonable cost. I've purchased a nice truck from them in the end of 2020 they worked a deal for me that was decent, but I spent seven hours in the dealer to close that deal. But the follow up is being terrible. They sold me a package of oil change but every time I call, they are booked for three weeks ahead. This cannot be right and it needs to be fixed because people are close to the expiration of the miles when they call to make an appointment and oil change should be a quick service provided for them in and out without that long wait or a busy schedule. At the end I paid for a service that I am not using due to a lack of response and availability to provide for the service they sell. I am paying over $120 outsourced for something that I already paid on my car purchase therefore, I do not recommend this place.

A warranty part was ordered for my vehicle and no one Never Called me when it arrived.Online Says they open at 7:30 when in actuality they Don't open until 8!!!!!!!!! Probably the Worst Customer Service I ever experienced in my LIFE!!!!!!!Service: Electrical repair

Made an appointment yesterday afternoon to go test drive a pacifica plug-in hybrid this morning. Before leaving the house to go there, I decided to play it safe and call to make sure they really do have one in stock. It still shows ip on their website! Good I called because I was told "it was sold last night." Do ai believe it? Nope. I think they just want to get people in and hope they can talk them into buying something they do have available or have me order one. For them not to call and tell me the car ai am supposed to see is not there says a lot about this place. Not impressed. Wonder if they will ever take down this "available" car

Only buy here if you want to get ripped off. They love taking advantage of people and they aren't even nice about it . Had some guy from the finance department literally yelling in my face and being disrespectful from the moment he sat down. After remaining stoic and showing my knowledge about buying a car he started Saying I was wasting his time. Probably because he doesn't actually like to work a car deal. Negotiating is part of your job. If you can't work a deal, get out of the business. I left that day and bought a brand new 22 wrangler from a different dealer. Don't treat customers like trash and maybe they'll actually want to purchase from you. Judging by all the horrible bait and switch reviews you have ....you're the problem. Dealership called me weeks after asking if I was still interested ....you're joke...right???? Steer clear, so many better jeep dealers in NJ

Had an appointment time...Was 10mins early...4 cars ahead of me..waited 10mins and the line never moved..l left????????Whats the purpose of going through the hoops they make you go through to get a appointment when it doesn't matter!!!
