But I have to admit that I had two experiences this week, dealing with Antoino Estacio, was the finest I've ever had with a salesperson.He was accommodating, forthright, and kept the difficult topics out of our discourse. It felt like I'd known him for years; the comfort level was ideal. I can tell you that he is customer-oriented and will make purchasing a vehicle easy. Unknowingly to me, I ultimately walked from the transaction with two vehicle agreements sealed.Furthermore, this dealership has undergone modifications to better serve the interests of community members and that of devoted customers. “My car was disabled while I visited my father in NJ. AAA towed to Jeff at Pinkava's Motor Company. I needed a complicated repair that took several days to complete. Jeff was professional, honest and clear in his explanation of the work and its completion. This could have been a disaster with me being out of state and difficulty obtaining the necessary parts. But Jeff made it as easy as possible, including doing some of the work over a weekend. If I lived in this area, I would definitely use Pinkava's. “I want to give a major shout out to my longtime service advisor, Angelina Matovski who was incredibly helpful and on top of all aspects of my recent transmission replacement in my Dodge Charger. This was about a 3 week repair. And from the very beginning Angelina was simply remarkable and caring. Upon confiming a transmission issue, I texted Angelina and she had me bring the car in within the hour. It was a weekend, so I had to wait a couple of days before she could have the car inspected by the techs who confirmed the transmission had to be replaced. Angelina then worked her magic! She was able to get me a brand new transmission in record time, and was able to get me a loaner while my car was in the shop. She was a life saver!! The work was then done carefully & correctly. In short, I have never had an auto service representative treat me with such personal care- she was truly concerned and wanted to make sure everything was done properly, as quickly as possible and as painlessly as possible. Angelina is THE reason why I continue to come back to Autoland service for all of my Jeep and Dodge vehicles. Angelina Matovski is THE BEST. PERIOD!
