I LOVE Waterlilly! Spring lake is the flagship store and Manasquan and Bay head are the perfect satellite locations for all the beautiful clothes, shoes, jewelry and accessories. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere feels like home. I highly recommend going.

Staff at Waterlily in Spring Lake are always so helpful and patient, even at this busy time of year. They take the time to organize potential purchases, taking boots out of the box, remove the stuffing so you can try on with ease, and remain available to assist with alternate sizes. Always appreciate their honest opinion.

What happened to the warm welcoming staff? Today 10/27/2023 I walked in to the Water Lily's in Spring Lake to not even get a hello from the 3 girls hanging out by the register desk. One blonde girl was so engrossed and speaking loudly about a "small" girl named Emily whom she couldn't believe her other friend was friends with. Then the girl with brown hair was gossiping about other girls as well. The owner must know about this because what was once a happy friendly store has turned into an episode of "Mean Girls". Another customer entered the store and noticed the same actions. I exited without buying anything. I headed to another store where the woman who witnessed the staff gossiping came up to me and said "Such a shame that there is no training for those girls at Water Lilies". The owners of this store better look at their security cameras to see that they are paying these girls to gossip. Not classy behavior for what was once a popular clothing store. Hopefully this will let the owner know what is happening in their store.

Rude management. $120 for leggings and when the customer came back to exchange for a different size manager refused to exchange, refund or offer store credit. Customer merely wanted to exchange for a different size and was treated rudely. Not a place to shop.

I shop on 3rd Ave in Spring Lake frequently. Great Boutiques and service. However I will be crossing Water Lily off my list. I Purchased a pair of medium black leggings. (along with other items). I weigh 110 lbs-Medium didn't fit-(ran extra small or the size was marked incorrectly?) so I went back to exchange them-Tags on-in the bag with receipt. I didn't want a refund or store credit, I just wanted to exchange for the next size up. The girl at the register was trying to be helpful and the the owner came over and in a rude tone-said no refunds-no exchanges-all sales final. So now I have a $104 black pair of leggings snd can't where I purchased other items that day as well and have purchased in their before, but will NEVER purchase at Water Lily again. BUYER BEWARE!

I had some time on my hands and decided to visit ALL 3 locations in one day. Bay Head location was the only one who acknowledged me but it was because I was the only person in the small space. Next stop was Manasquan (not one hello or interaction) until I was ready to buy a $200 dress (sucked up t me). Not sure why I even bought it for the lack of customer service. 3rd stop was Spring Lake, forget it! Not one hello, that I even existed. I immediately walked out. Please work on this from another boutique business owner. A simple hello does wonders for sales.
