This pharmacy has been understaffed for SO LONG!!! A script sent on Friday. The automated service said they were working on it Fri, again on Sat and again on Sunday. No one answers the phone!!! Doesn’t matter when you call- can never get through . I went in person on Sunday and they did not have it filled. She wasn’t going to be able to fill it until Monday bc they closed in an hour. Terrible….. I will change pharmacies as this terrible service has become the norm.

Walgreens is supposed to support Capital One deposits at their registers. When I approached the cashier to make a deposit she was very rude and told me they do not do that. They she proceeded to tell me that the amount of money I was trying to deposit was odd. She scanned the barcode then told me that my card was not valid... I proceeded to explain to her that there is no card required and she made me feel uncomfortable. She was very rude and was not willing to try and help me. On my way out I saw two men behind the photo counter, one appeared to maybe be management. When I approached him to ask about the Capital One deposits he quickly shut me down and said they do not participate in that. This store did not provide very helpful customer service. It was fine that they do not participate in the Capital One program but it's the way they went about it.

horrible rude woman on the phone gave me attitude for not understanding why my REFILL was coming up as a NEW PRESCRIPTION in her system and accused me of trying to get her license revoked. anyone with eyes can look at my history and see that it’s a refill? dealing with the death of a family member and had to deal with a miserable hag on top of it :) avoid this location at all costs

I have never experience such horrible service from a pharmacy before. The pharmacist is unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff is incompetent. They're always screwing up my refills and delaying my prescriptions. Howard needs to go along with everyone else behind the counter! Also, the drive thru is slower than a snail!

I made an appt for a vaccine and just waited over 20 minutes for the cashier in bedroom slippers to check me in. Despite having filled out paperwork prior online, the cashier had to re-enter all of my info, requiring me to repeat myself several times and hadn't over my insurance card 3x, then having to get the pharmacist and no less than 3 other techs involved. In the end, she called me back and said her computer had "timed out" and would have to redo the whole thing. I took back my card and said to just cancel & left without receiving the vaccine I had booked - I wasn't going to wait around for another 20 min. I will never come back to this place again, for anything. 4 people behind the counter and no one could help this poor girl, who clearly had no idea what she was doing. Train your staff properly please, or get a better system - not sure which is the issue.

This Walgreens never answers their phone.Walked in for a flu shot and told me it was appointment only. The pharmacy was empty. Went over to Walgreens in Point and ask for a flu shot and they said sure no problem. My daughter's doctor sent them a prescription, 3 hours later still no text it was ready. Called Walgreens in Point to fill prescription and it was ready in 45 minutes.

I went to Walgreens for my flu shot and was greeted by the pharmacist, Howard. Howard was very welcoming and attentive. He made the flu shot quick and painless. Great experience.

This pharmacy is not only slow, but the customer service is terrible. The staff couldn't be less helpful, especially the pharmacist who is extremely rude. I highly recommend using another pharmacy, especially for medications.
