They were incredibly sweet when I showed up in need of some car help. My car was over heating on the road and I just so happened to break down there. Thank god I did. The owner came out to look at my car plus gave me antifreeze on the house. He truly didn’t have to do that and Im extremely grateful. Definitely go to this auto shop if you’re looking for great help and fantastic service. :) Thank you again

I was referred to Dave, who manages car sales at Liberty, by a lifelong Spring Lake local, and he came highly recommended and was extremely accommodating. I needed a van for my business and he found the perfect one that suited my needs. It required a few repairs that were understandably delayed due to the aftermath of the COVID lockdown. The van work was eventually completed but, unfortunately, I noticed a rust issue that was outsourced for repair that was not correctly rectified. This resulted in an unfortunate deal-breaker which Dave understood.As the repayments back to me began, the owner, Roland, became involved and is currently refusing to reimburse me for more than half of what is owed to me from over 2 years ago.So upsetting - short of begging for my money I’m left with seeking legal action at this point which is so disappointing.

This auto center was recommended to me by a former neighbor. I will continue to go and get my oil changes and repairs done here. The honesty of the owner is upstanding, and the prices are fair.

Scheduled an oil change, went to drop it off around midday, told the mechanic what I was there for. Before i had a chance to apologize for not dropping it off earlier in the day, he started ranting and losing his temper about customers. a simple "i cant fit you in today" would have been fine.

I called to see if they could take a look at my car for what seemed like a bad wheel bearing and a leaking radiator. They were able to diagnose and fix my car the same day. Their pricing was very good for the parts and labor and I was given an estimate before any work was performed. All the mechanics were very friendly and Rocco kept me updated on the status of the work being performed. I will definitely be returning if I have any more work that needs to be done.

I saw the great reviews and figure I'd give this shop a try. Rocco was great. He got back to me right away, got my car in really fast and done fast and it ended up costing about half what the dealership wanted and that was with new rotors versus the dealerships quote to just grind them down. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for the best Spring Lake auto repair services.Service: Brakes
