I had some jewelry I never wore so I wanted to sell it. I had no idea what it was worth or where to go . I saw that Nationwide Estate was around since 1900 so they most be doing something right. So glad I went ! The minute I met them I knew I was in the right hands. I got so much more than I ever thought I would plus they explained everything to me . Jerry is the BEST! Not only is he funny, he is an expert in his craft. He listens to the story you have about each piece you bring, which we all seem to have when it comes to gold and jewelry pieces. I even had items including unique coins and silver spoons that he took interest in! Other gold buyers just want to test your item and get you out the door, not Jerry. He is kind and a perfect gentleman. Will be bringing my gold to him and recommending him for life! Thanks and see you again soon ?

Disgusting experience. Maybe the items weren't anything to him but he threw them aside like garbage, as if they were worthless to the woman in a dire situation in front of him. It takes nothing to be kind old man. Everyone deserves grace.

He was very accommodating after I didn’t realize that the Springlake location was by appointment only, he still came and met up with me and will come to you if you make an appointment. WAY BEYOND great place! I had some pieces priced and Jerry matched or beat them all. Very professional, even took the time out to explain how he determines authenticity( I was curious, it’s very interesting stuff).
