I use Initial Impact for custom embroidery items for work. The customer service is excellent (shout out to Donna)! The products alway come out perfect and the turn around time is extremely quick. I’m in NY and send my items here to be embroidered because they are just that good!

I ordered 2 Mosaic Bags, each embroidered for my daughter and daughter-in-law for Mother’s Day. I placed the ordered on Friday over the phone. My daughter’s arrived on Tuesday, via UPS. I had my daughter-in-law’s send directly to her home. Along with the prompt delivery and pleasant sales lady, I could not have more pleased with the bag and monogram that I selected. Perfect gift!

I have brought a number of new born baby blankets to Initial Impact for them to embroider the baby's first name. Every time I pick up a blanket I am more impressed from the previous blanket! I highly recommend them. They always give great recommendations for the color, placement, and size of the name on the blanket. I have always brought a blanket that I bought in another shop, but they have beautiful blankets and other items that you can pick from right in their shop. If you have any embroidery needs, they have you covered!

I brought two bags into be monogrammed, and they did an absolute amazing job! I'm very happy with the outcome of my bags, and they came out exactly how I pictured they would. They were super awesome to work with and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone with embroidery needs!

Initial Impact provides 5 star service from start to beginning! We've placed a few shirt orders with screen printing and embroidery with them and our experience was exceptional!
