Unless you are going in to get something easy and you won’t make a mess looking and you don’t need a lot of help then this is the store for you . They are not friendly at all, especially if there is more than one person in the store . I went in to get a new gymnastics outfit for my granddaughter for Epic and I won’t be going back again. I feel like they don’t want you in there messing up their perfect store . Sorry but not

I love Coppelia! The store is so beautiful with a wide variety of shoes, leotards, and much more. Everyone is so kind and helpful. This is the best dancewear store you will ever visit.

I went in to the store looking for a spinner. I am a figure skater, and unless I want to ruin my equipment on land, a spinner is necessary to practice spins and jumps off-ice. Instead of just kindly saying "no", the lady I asked said "No. I don't believe in that. Practice them yourself." and scoffed without knowing the context of my situation. I was very off-put by the encounter, and left feeling very judged with no help at all. Don't think I'll be going there again as I was met with such haste. But I guess, classic dance teachers, right?

My daughter was fitted for her first Pointe shoes yesterday. Ms. MaryAnn and Ms. Emily were amazing. They were so patient and kind and worked with her til we found the perfect pair. They shop is so adorable, we'll definitely be back.

Maryann may have a little dance clothes store but she has no regard for the welfare of others. Wears no mask around her customers and children. She does not believe in the virus, mask use nor the sickness befallen to so many. On Saturday , 8/8 I purchased items for my grandchild whom I have not seen in 18 months and lives in California - she was not wearing a mask. In conversation she stated she doesn’t believe in the virus nor the vaccine. I called her with no return call; called again and I politely begged her to test because I traveled to California on Tuesday. She adamantly said “No, I will not do something I don’t believe in” and hung up on me knowing
my visit would be jeopardized due to her lack of consideration for public safety. Unvaccinated persons should wear a mask !
