“Since Matt and Michelle brought their Establishment down the Jersey Shore, it's been the family go-to for meat and so much more!First, Matt owned cattle! I've never met a guy with more knowledge about butchering than Matt. They are hyper aware of what they put out to its customers. Knowing there are no growth hormones in his product makes the experience even more pleasurable. We've actually stopped going to steakhouses because of the QUALITY of steak/beef at Dutch Hills. I cannot move on without mentioning Dutch Hills has more than just Cow.We get our fresh poultry from there, I've eaten kangaroo, elk, and numerous other Game meats from Matt as well. Also, what I love about the shoppe, is they sell products of so many local vendors from around area. Our favorite is Sunset Hot Sauces by a young man from Asbury Park!All I'll say is trust me, give them a try if you haven't already. Totally worth it!Eugene "GG"”

“Wow. Just wow. Stopped in before Christmas to order a boneless pork loin for Christmas Eve dinner. Staff is friendly and helpful. While there we decided to pick up a couple of their "sandwich of the day." Chicken was so incredibly flavorful and the bread so fresh! As for the Christmas pork, I've been making it for 30+ years, sometimes from King's, sometimes from Whole Foods, sometimes from a local butcher where we used to live. Palmer's pork (which they are happy to season!) was hands down the most delicious, tender, flavorful pork I've ever cooked. I had 15 guests for dinner and all of them wanted to know where I got the pork because it was my best ever! You will pay more, no question about it. But it's worth every penny!”
“I have been coming to this butcher for years. Their prices are incredible, the customer service is phenomenal and the meat is exceptional. I always like going because everyone there is also very sweet. Sometimes I get delivery to my door and the delivery man is the best. All around an exceptional experience, and there is no other butcher that compares.”

“My husband and I hosted our first Christmas and got all of our food from Colonial. We got a 10 pound top sirloin roast which was perfect. We also ordered mashed potatoes, garlic beans with garlic and oil, and roasted veggies. We also got rolls. Everything was absolutely delicious. All 17 of our guests raved about the food. We have created a new tradition hosting and we will make sure Colonial is part of that. They made hosting so easy, by even having the option to give us sternos.”
“Fully stocked and whatever I needed that was not in the case, was brought from the cutting room when I asked for it. Good selection of prepared foods from shwarma to all kinds of side items like breaded veggies. Very busy as usual before Shabbat.”

“All hands on deck in this market deli. Fantastic staff ready to help. We got some sandwiches one BLT on a hoogie and I did the black karvin?They were both so good. Classic nyc style deli sandwich is so appreciated.Cute market place otherwise, reminds me of home and has everything you need”
