Friendly staff and great location. In addition, the online banking is a breeze. I had credit cards stolen and they covered the entire case seamlessly.

Friendly staff, easily accessible and a drive-through ATM. Overall a good branch.

The customer service at PNC BANK in Spring Lake Heights really sucks. I'm not sure why they only have two people working in the entire building who are unable to service their customers in a timely manner. Heading to Bank of America, they were always properly staffed.
