“I’ve just moved out of The Cascades and hope the next person to rent my unit is as happy as I was living there . The corner unit 2 bed 2 bath had so much light , a beautiful view of the pond which I miss already and tons of closet space . The building was always well maintained . Maintenance was always available with any issues I had within apartment. The move in and move out process was seamless as the staff in the office both Adele and Tracey are so kind and always want to help . The amenities feel like you’re on vacation with the beautiful pool , gym and rec room. They’ve added a fire pit and have ping pong and other games out in summer . My daughter enjoyed the playground and we met the loveliest families when playing there or walking around the community . This is a wonderful place to live !”

“My husband and I love living here. It was the Best decision we made. Everyone is so nice and everything is very clean. Its a great place all year round. We enjoy it in the summer, respect it in the winter and love everything in between. Great family owned shops and the restaurants are amazing !! Just about everything is walking or bike distance. Leave the car at home and enjoy a nice walk. Bradley Beach is a great place to live and visit.”
