Brian was sooo helpful with my confusing Amazon return. He patiently assisted me with navigating the process on my phone and was able to find the item so that it could be successfully returned! The lady was very sweet and friendly as well. Great customer service is not always easy to find!! Thank you Brian! Made my day!!

Nicest UPS around - if there's a wait it's usually because a customer didn't prep anything ahead of time and wants them to figure out what they need. And usually it's during lunchtime when everyone swarms the place - go during off-peak times and it's great.

2.20$ to print a label for prepaid shipping! Ridiculous and a complete rip off. I do e commerce and they need to fix this or lose my business all together!

the people who work here are super nice. sometimes there is a wait but they do their best to get the line moving. I would rather go here than any other store.

I know that a few years ago I rated this place with 5 stars, BUT I must say that they CONTINUE with excellent service! Every single employee is AMAZING, I can’t even say that one is better than the other. If it’s not Jim’s patience and knowledge or Mihir’s amazing customer service, then it’s the fact that they are soo fast and so willing to help (even above their call of duty)!This morning just confirmed to me how amazing these people are! I came in with several different Amazon box returns and both Jim and Mihir were willing to jump right in and help me! When the store got busy Jim helped the other customers immediately and Mihir was double tasking!!Best UPS by far… definitely worth the extra drive to Spotswood.

Almost told my father that a package went missing after UPS rerouted our package after a failed delivery attempt. Also, UPS delivery windows are a joke. They either expect you to sit at home for 10 hours or give you constantly changing delivery windows of 3 to 4 hours, which is basically the same thing.

Contrary to the other reviews, I found this UPS store amazing. I sent a package to my granddaughter and inadvertently used the wrong street number. I called the store; they immediately called UPS in Columbus, Ohio, and the problem was resolved asap. One happy customer here.

Please avoid coming here. The wait is terrible. There is no sense of urgency in this place. We come in just to return a package and no communication is given to next steps.
Being handed off to each employee with no resolution half the time. Terrible location.
