Absolutely the best UPS location I’ve ever been to! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. They go above and beyond every time—whether I’m shipping something important or notarizing a document . Fast service and great attitude. Highly recommend!

Ok so if your gonna go in to drop off a package just make sure ya have something to eat/drink/ cup a coffee cause let me tell ya it’s gonna be awhile holy moly!! Awful and they don’t care! No urgency what so ever to the customers waiting in line

Used this store many times. It can get busy but it's not bad they get you taking care of as quick as they can. UPS delivery facility lost a package & this store was on it. The gentleman that helped me send this package was on the phone to different facilities trying to find where the package was, he called me twice at home also to update me. He did find it & it was delivered took 1 day, he was fantastic. Just went in & had copies made, the young man that helped was polite/friendly & he was joking with me, he made my day. Great store

The employee working at Spotswood on 1/4 at 3:00 went above and beyond. Brian was extremely patient and helpful. Would return to this store solely for the excellent customer service. He was very kind and provided solutions to our problems. Brian deserves a raise!

Although the store is convenient, it is the worst .
It takes so long when there is a line they are so slow unfortunately that you just don’t want to wait.
I literally waited. 25 minutes while two people ahead of me were being helped and I couldn’t wait any longer that I left the store..
They need to hire more people as the line was out to the door!
I would only recommend going there if you’re in a pinch ,and you can’t find another UPS location!
If you are not in a hurry and really don’t have any plans and don’t mind the wait and by all means.

I left my passport at home and desperately needed it to be in Florida overnight. Unfortunately I don’t know the guys name- I think he’s the owner of the store, but he ensured that my passport was delivered and even followed up to check that I’ve completed all the steps to receive a package at the target UPS store. He also tracked it in the morning and was always responsive with any questions I had. Top tier quality service thank you so much.
