The team at Goddard Spotswood has had a significant and positive impact on our daughter and made the transition into their curriculum seamlessly. Coming from a center with such negative experience, the Goddard staff has been extremely warm and nurturing and we immediately saw a difference in our daughter. We are forever grateful to the team at Goddard Spotswood!!!

While living in town we were in need of a daycare for our child. After touring a few schools in the area I was disappointed until I came across the Goddard school just a town over. As a former preschool teacher I felt I knew what I was looking for from the cleanliness of the classrooms to the structure inside the classrooms. Ms Danielle was quick to set up a tour and welcome us into her school. She was kind and very knowledgeable about all of her teachers and students. I knew it was a good sign when she mentioned many of the teachers have worked there for years. The school was very clean and each classroom looked organized and students looked happy! I loved seeing them actually learning and engaged as we toured the school ( other schools I saw a lot of chaos and no form of structure). Ms Danielle was confident in her school and quickly made us feel this would be the best choice for our child. Although our daughter was there for a short period of time ( we moved far from the area) we had the pleasure knowing our baby was in a safe, clean and caring environment . Definitely consider the Goddard school !

Don’t waste your time with this school. They will pick and choose the kids based on the fact if they like it or not. We talked to them and they confirmed that they would have a spot for my son at preschool class multiple times. We had to take day off from work, drove there for a tour, and they promised that they would send all the info needed for my son to enroll as soon as possible. Then we waited for few days without hearing anything. When we called back they said they decided to enroll another kid for that class and our son was left without any school to go to. If the true reason was that my son would need the ABA therapists there for a few more weeks had turned them off and that they don’t want to have any kids with special needs at that school speak louder than anything that they are unethical and only care about the money. Stay away from this school. On top of that the school is not clean, boys and girls are sharing the same toilets which are place in the middle of the classroom without covering or doors for privacy.

All the staff are amazing and have great communication! I know my children are getting top quality care and early education. My kids love going to school everyday. I highly recommend them!

The Goddard School in Spotswood is full of an amazing and caring staff. Our son started here when he was 9 months old and finished out Pre-K last year. Our daughter started at 6 months old and is still a current student. They handled the Covid pandemic with all the best practices, minimal covid cases and high levels of communication. You can tell that Mr. Jim, owner, Miss April and Miss Danielle, the Directors, and all of the teachers truly care for each of the students. They have a wonderful well rounded curriculum where they learn so much! I still can't get over that my son was writing so clearly before Kindergarten and how developed my daughter's vocabulary is. They love going to school, not only during the school year, but the summer camp time is the best. The camp program is incredible, and I can't wait to have my kindergartener come back this summer. The camp is full of swim lessons or sprinkler days, fun activities, field trips, and the continuation of fun learning. The standard school year is filled with variety of activities as well - fun dress up days, musical guests, and extra physical activities like zumba or yoga. I love that they learn ASL and Spanish in their normal studies too! I think it is great how all the students get outside multiple times daily. You can also tell how wonderful this school is by the longevity of the teachers, they have created a caring, nurturing, and educational environment and culture for everyone. This school is the best, and we highly recommend it to our friends and family frequently!

Spotswood Goddard is fantastic! The staff, across all of the classrooms, is fantastic and they care so much about all of the children. My kids are always so happy and knowing they are in a safe, clean, and caring environment is the most important thing as a parent. I would highly recommend to other parents and families!

We love Goddard School! Our 8 month old daughter has been there as soon as my maternity leave was over. Since our daughter has been there she has learned so much and has the ability to interact with children. In our opinion she is way ahead of the curve because of Goddard school. The administration is amazing. If I have a problem or need to change a schedule they respond right away. Her teachers are so creative and our daughter has a smile on her face when she goes to school. There are so many activities and they keep us updated throughout the day. Very organized, assertive, responsible and loving!

My husband and I stumbled upon Goddard in the peak of the pandemic when my daughters school closed for good. I called the director up in a panic once we found the news and she talked to me forever answering every single question I had! Never felt annoyed with me and it was like we’ve known each other for years! I immediately enrolled and it’s been the best decision we ever made for our daughter. Our daughter is about to turn three and she is completely advanced for her age! Not only that but the teachers truly care for each and every child as if they were their own. The director Danielle and assistant director April have been with the school for many many years! The owner Jim is the absolute best and is there to greet the children every single day! Our daughters teacher Nikole has even reached out to us when she was at home sick! I have such a piece of mind leaving our daughter with such great people everyday! Goddard is our daughters second home and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

The staff is Amazing!! So caring and tend to every child’s need. My son has been going to Goddard for camp for a few years now and absolutely loves it there. He is now enrolled in the School Age Program they offer during virtual learning which is completely helpful for my family. We are thankful and grateful for the Goddard school.

I always recommend the Goddard to anyone looking for a great daycare in the area. You get what you pay for! Great , consistent staff. Clean and proactive when there is a student illness. Well run center that has great programs for the kids throughout the year. Flexible and able to work with a families’ schedule . Thank you Goddard for a fantastic 5 years!
