I was getting all my medication there, unfortunately my insurance changed and this new company won't pay for my prescriptions (90 day supply) unless I get it on line at their approved digital pharmacies. Well one of my prescriptions is an opioid. So I went to the pharmacy and they REFUSED to fill my prescription. They said "We want your total loyalty otherwise we won't refill your medication". So... unless I buy all my medications from you, you won't honor this legal prescription from a licensed doctor"? Well folks that "Consumer Extorsion" It's a word I learned from talking to the people at the "New Jersey Board of Pharmacies". This is run by Anthony Rubinaccio. They gave me a list of people to contact from the DEA to the Consumer Affairs Board. And one thing they will learn. I'm a senior citizen with a lot of time on my hands. 13 emails went out to everyone from the DEA to congress and Senate representatives.
I received a B.S. response designed to placate me. All about applauding my efforts to bring this to the attention of the proper authorities... However... IT'S YOUR POLICIES !! Not the board of pharmacists, not the DEA no one but you.
"EITHER YOU BUY ALL YOUR PERSCRIPTIONS HERE OR I WON'T HELP YOU" That was told to me by the pharmacists. That my friends is extorsion. keeping a needed medication from a patient unless I buy from his store only. regardless it's 35 minutes drive each way. NO! I refuse to be extorted and I will pursue this every day with every agency I can write to. Next stop, my friends at NJ 101.5 radio (And I DO mean friends, growing up together friends) We're working on telling my story to ALL on New Jersey.

Extremely frustrated and not happy with the customer experience with the pharmacy delivery. I was referred to them by my doctor specifically as he told me they had the medication I needed. Yesterday, I was told that my prescription would be delivered in the afternoon. I've even confirmed with a rep on the phone the name and dosage of the medication I needed. It never showed up. I then had to follow up multiple times today as I was never received a call back from my voicemail. Best part of it all was finally finding out that they actually don't have the medication I needed because it was backordered...even though the whole reason I got referred to them in the first place was because it was supposed to be available. Also the medication that I thought was going to be delivered yesterday is actually a completely different prescription but was rather just mailed out then. The clear lack of organization and communication is quite frankly unacceptable as now I've wasted a week of my valuable time that I could have spent looking for pharmacies that actually have what I need.

I have been using this pharmacy for a long time. I started with the sister pharmacy Texas road in old bridge and moved to spotswood pharmacy and my prescriptions are always ready even before I call to have them refilled. Everyone is great.

I am so surprised to see that the pharmacy only has 4 stars. They deserve 5 stars. Would give more stars if I could. Especially excellent are may and vj. May remembers your name after meeting her basically once. This gives the establishment such an old school feel. They are extremely friendly, all of them. A lot of the negative comments on here have to do with Covid vaccines and tests. They were overworked during this time. I actually made a visit in the midst of all the Covid stuff and I witnessed customers being extremely rude to staff. You try dealing g with that all day. I actually left and went a bought the one worker that day a gift card to Dunkin’ Donuts cause I felt so bad for her. This was years ago. Glad that’s all over now. Everyone is extremely friendly when you go in. They are also one of the quickest pharmacies ever. They do leg work for you trying to search for your medication if it isn’t in stock. I really can’t say enough good things about them. I would mention more names here if I knew them all because truly everyone I have encountered there is so kind

Was told they do Covid testing during business hours. Filled out my information on line as instructed. Get to the Pharnacy only to be told they aren’t doing testing because no one is in…. Thursday. Today is Friday.

The people is nice But they do not seriously help customers and do not bear any responsibility in the event that if you take any vaccination and any complications such as allergies occur, they do not help you with any temporary treatment. They are the worst.

Employees are very rude and unprofessional. They are taking advantage of the pandemic and also charging $100 for rapid testing. Other places chargeing only $50. I waited 1 n half hour just to get tested. When I was questioning their behavior the girl with Hijab were asking me to leave. Extremely rude. I am also an emergency worker but never treated anyone like that.2nd Review:I also did my PCR test with the rapid test, it's been over 60 hour didn't get results. Imagine people who went to get tested to catch international flight they will be screwed because Airlines and TSA don't allow test report over 24 hours according to New CDC rule. I will report them to the consumer boro.Updated review: 01/27/2022Even though I paid $100 out of pocket for the rapid testing they billed my insurance twice for the service now the Insurance refused to reimburse me. I called the pharmacy to see what's going on they didn't pick up as usual.
