Got a dry-clean only jacket cleaned here, came home and realized it was stained all over with bled color. Brought it back and was told it is not their fault and to reach out to the manufacturer. I asked why she didn’t mention the jacket is ruined when I picked it up and she said “she forgot”. When I asked if her insurance will cover it she just said it’s not her fault.
Asked her to clean it again so will update my review if I have a better experience…but as of now I would literally go anywhere else.
Update: They did ultimately fix this, apparrently by cleaning it four times. I am satisfied, but I had to essentially force them to re-clean it and never was given a solution or nod to the fact that they made a mistake.

I don’t know if the ownership here changed but I have been going here and never had a problem. I went in recently and the person was EXTREMELY rude and nasty. He was mad when I asked for my clothes in a week and gave me a hard time about a spot on a shirt. When I picked up my clothes he told me to come back after 5 and wouldn’t release my clothes without the receipt despite the fact he could look it up with my phone number. NEVER AGAIN!Service: Organic dry cleaning

Wife has been there 3 different times for easy to do fixes and every time he has told her they can't fix a zipper they can't fix a button and the last one was they couldn't clean a silk outfit she brought in don't waste your time owner is rude and disrespectful.

I had the most horrible experience at Spotless Cleaners. I brought in a very expensive custom made drape that had an oil stain on it. Upon pick up I checked to make sure my oil stain was removed and noticed that my drape had been destroyed by this place (see picture). When confronting the owner he blamed it on the material being old (drape is less than a few years old). He started getting very angry and loud knowing he’s at fault and even insisted I pay the dry cleaning fee. Save your money and your personal belongings and go somewhere else. I would give this place zero stars if I can.

I have been coming here for years every week I drop off shirts to launder. Extra starch on hangers. Joseph always has the clothes on time and at reasonable prices. Friendly service, fast and reliable. Convenient location. One issue is you have to turn left onto Main St

Dry cleaning service is great. Prices are average for area but above average for County. Only issue is that incorrect hours were posted online. So, naturally believing such standard info to be correct, I arrived 35 minutes before closing; or so I thought... Sign on door stated it closed 2 hours before online hours. Frustrated that now I have to make an effort to retrieve my clothing another day.

Great dry cleaners, they have an excellent tailor on the premises as well who charges very reasonable rates very friendly!
