Beyond disappointed with the customer service and pharmacists at this location. Not once, but multiple times I have encountered poor treatment, refusal to accept a valid coupon on Veterans Day, incompetency and misconduct. The medications I am supposed to receive here are detrimental to my health and pain levels. Most recently, their employee Marina did not fill my necessary prescription when my medical provider confirmed they had faxed it over. Instead of getting to the route of the issue, or problem solving - I was turned away and treated as if there was nothing they could further do. That is gross neglect and I hope this review warns others, and encourages others to choose a different pharmacy in the area.

Online and app say the pharmacy opens at 9 a.m. when you get there at 9 a.m. they have signs saying they open at 10 a.m. drive thru is closed a lot of times they are supposed to be open, and if you go in the store they leave you standing there while they do other things instead of waiting on customers.

Went to pick up Allegra D pharmacist refuses NJ driver license ID. The ignorance is astounding. Some people have no business working with the public. If you can't read a simple ID how proficient are you at filling RX properly? Went to the next Walgreens on Ryders lane got my Allegra with the same ID no problem make it make sense

All walgreens have been advertising a 20% veterans discount from 11/10-13. My father in law visited this walgreens earlier today as a veteran who served in vietnam. They told him they didn’t know about a discount or special and that they didn’t have the time to ask a manager or corporate. They were very dismissive and rude about it and to a man that put his life on the line for this country. He is very upset and the other two walgreens he went to were extremely kind and accommodating. I recommend this walgreens either keep their employees informed of policies/advertisements or at the very least learn some customer service and not be rude to people that have put their lives on the line for us. Absolutely unacceptable.

Third time in a week I've been on hold for more than 20 minutes without having my call answered. I am going to move all prescriptions from this pharmacy immediately. The staff is always slow and unresponsive.

Had passport photos taken here. I have a 2 year old who needed her picture taken and the girl took multiple photos and she loaded them and didn’t even fix the background and it came out blurry. She said to me if the photo gets denied that i can come back for a refund. My husband and myself also had our photos taken. When I left I didn’t feel comfortable submitting these awful photos with the chance they would get denied. I went to another Walgreens and showed them the photos and they couldn’t believe how they looked. Not only was my daughters horrible but ours were as well. She retook our photos and also asked if I had photos on my phone of my daughter because she could edit the background and use them! Why wasn’t this asked of me at the spotswood Walgreens??? Spotswood Walgreens please train your staff to take better passport photos!

The pharmacy staff are always kind, polite & efficient! I’ve had pleasant encounters with both the pharmacists & pharmacy techs! Thank you Lili for being very helpful at pharmacy pickup! Definitely recommend this pharmacy to my patients & community members

I am not sure if this girl is the manager if so what a shame really somebody that young should not have that authority did not greet me hi how are you nothing did not say have a nice holiday nothing have a nice day nothing I asked if I had any rewards I was told that I had a dollar and to enter my ZIP Code I entered the ZIP Code and she proceeded to tell me that it was wrong I've had the same address since I was a child the ZIP Code is not wrong she said that it said Michael on the screen yes that is my father she still would not allow me to use the rewards that I am entitled to reported her to corporate it's hard to find steps but it takes one person to really ruin your business.

Walgreens is very local to my home and I go there often for my shopping needs. Prices are affordable and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I do not use there pharmacy as my prescription is filled elsewhere.

Came here to pick up medicine. On a peice of printer paper were the words "closed due to an emergency" "drive through is open". Emergency? But pharmacy is open through drive through? Hire more people.

Worst pharmacy ever. Been sitting over an hour waiting on hold just to speak with someone… and still waiting. I highly doubt they are helping other calls this entire time. When you show up in person there are always people just standing around oblivious behind the counter.

terrible. will be changing to a new location. i wish i could give it 0 stars. lived in this area for 5 years and they never get things right, they are never around to help, and they always close early
