I thought James responded right away and provided fair pricing compared to other quotes I got, and was impressed by how fast and detailed oriented the installation crew was. They were able to answer all of my follow up questions and will be going back to them for future projects. Highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why.

With the recent rise in home break-ins and invasions, I decided it was time to invest in a home security system. I did my research and chose On-Site Security based on their positive reviews and reputation. I am so glad I did!The installation process was smooth and easy. The technicians who installed my system were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They also made sure that the system and the app were properly configured for our needs.I am most impressed with the 24/7 monitoring service they offered. With the live monitoring, a team of trained professionals is watching our home 24/7. If they for any reason detect suspicious activity, they will immediately contact myself and my local PD.I feel much safer in my home now and the panel looks really nice. We plan on calling James and his team back to help and automate our lights & shades after the holiday season.I highly recommend On-Site Security to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable security system!

James from On Site Security came and assessed my needs for security/ audio / home automation , he listened to our wants and needs, he told me give him the evening to work on a plan and he'd contact me in the morning, by 7am I had an estimate and plan for all of our low voltage products as well as our media room needs.James and Daniel came to do the work, they were neat, quiet, respectful of their language which is rare these days. I've had no issues with any of the work done by On Site, and James even reached out about 2 months later to find out if we have had ANY issues from our master remote to the automation controller/ thermostat. If I built another home, On Site would be my first call for any alarm or media / smart home needs.

Sheila and James were extremely responsive and were there to respond to any concern I had with my new home theater installation. James is very knowledgeable and was also able to give me the proper direction and guidance. Sometimes I feared I was being overly burdensome with my questions but he always assured me he was happy to help in any way. The crew that actually installed was so professional, thorough and clean. They did an amazing job, worked very fast and left everything clean when they were done. Cannot recommend on- site security, enough! James and his team did an expectional work!!! On a short notice, James delivered and had the 65" Qseries TV wall mounted along with sound bar and 60" electric fireplace. Initial visit came along during the (Labor day) long weekend to review our tv/speaker/component needs for our home. We discussed many options, costs and time table. James did'nt rush thru and spent a lot of time going over our options which we truly appreciate. He offered us the TV and Full motion wall mount for an unbeatable price. When James team arrived, they were courteous, did a clean/neat job, cleaned up after installation and took old components no longer needed. I had On-Site Security come install a theater in the basement since all we do is spend time at home nowadays. AWESOME! Sold us a 85” Samsung Q80 for $300 less than the big box stores and upgraded the warranty to 5 years. Also speakers in the walls and a camera system to protect my back yard. I couldn’t be happier!
