“9 am Sunday morning, I think that says it all. Not only are they open at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning but their prices are very competitive. You really can't do any better on their prices give or take a nickel or dime and there's a grocery store right across the way so anything else is missing is right there.”

The guy with the baseball hat is very knowledgeable about wine varietals and there are generally 3 options of anything you are looking for. Prices are not outrageous, pretty reasonable but not like joe canal type deals. JFW is my LQ of choice, especially when looking for something new to try.”

“Unbelievable selection of Bourbons, Scotches, Brandies, Rum, etc. Excellent selection of highly allocated items like Clase Azul Tequila, Champagne, Cognacs, and Specialty Bourbons (some very hard to get). Amazing selection of Cigars, and most importantly they take great care of their humidor. What makes this store unique is their customer oriented focused. They do go the extra mile for anyone. Very knowledgeable of the business, and the brands. Plenty of parking, plenty of stock, in store tastings, fast service. Outstanding customer service.”

Sammy himself is a really good guy—you can tell he cares about his place and the people who come in. “This is, hands down, my favorite liquor store. There are certainly a lot of liquor stores closer to me, but this one is worth the drive. The employees are always nice and helpful. The store is well stocked and competitively priced. Great selection of wines I can't find at other stores. Not a lot of parking in the front, but plenty in the back.”

“Scarlet liquors Is top notching my book. I've always felt welcomed and treated very well by staff and the owner. They're LGBTQ friendly And welcoming To all walks of life. I have never been Approach with racism or homophobia from which a former customer stated that the owner is racist and homophobic which is completely untrue and I will state the name Of this woman in my review (LISA CARR) I cannot believe she has the audacity and gumption to accuse a wonderful person and place of such horrific and untrue filth. She's falsely accusing this place of business and the owner because of her own Discriminatory way of thinking all because the check that she was supposed to be cashed within 7 days when it was issued to her for scarlet cash it and of course it was denied because it was 30 days old which she clearly knew and which there are signs posted at the place and at the counter no checks over 7 days And not to be previously signed but she did both. There are rules and regulations for every business you can't force them to bend their rules because you want them to bend them if the money was so important take it to the bank and cash it there but don't speak trash because you don't get your way I will continue to go to Scarlet for all For all my service needs. As a true Franklin local this place is the best⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I had to get quite a bit of liquor for a party and the owner was great. He was kind and welcoming and helped me find everything I needed. He also spoke knowledgeably about the wine and tequila that I was not familiar with. I definitely don’t get this kind of customer service from most retailers, especially not from the average clerk in a liquor store. The prices were good too. I will continue to go to him despite the newer place that opened very nearby. I hope he knows he’s appreciated.”
