Rude old man was mad I needed a scan tool to use. Still tipped him 5 dollars. Probably a racist or he was having a bad day and taking it out on me as a customer slightly passive aggressively. Won’t ever be back there.

Mechanic is very good and honest. He would find the problem, show that you and then go for it. The only issue is that he is busy most of the time so get appointment before hand. Oh, I forgot to mention, price is reasonable too.

Khaled, did a switch and bait. Khaled, showed me $169 rotors (that had a three year warranty) that he was going to install and instead he installed a $65 item (UPC 885647480367), see pictures. He "guided" me toward the best rotors saying he would not warranty the work if was not the best product. The rotor warranty is just one year or 12k miles: He likely did a good job installing the rotors, brakes and calipers, but if you want to get work done there, I suggest asking him upfront what parts will be installed and to provide proof afterwards. I have pictures of the rotor boxes after I went to pick up the car. I asked Khaled to show me pictures of the original rotors he quoted me and he refused (I have text screenshot of him refusing).

I trust Khaled and consult with him to give me the best opinion and options for repairing my vehicles. His prices are reasonable. He is very quick and sometimes works late, but hours of availability sometimes change, so make sure to give a call and take an appointment.
