Not too sure why it has 5 stars. Initially called because I couldn't find the place, as Google maps shows I at a different location on the block. Decided to call and was met by someone who directed me to the place and told me he "would wait for me" because he was just about to leave. I looked at a few pieces and sent him my measurements shortly after via text. He was responsive and gave me a price almost immediately. Told him I would look at a few more pieces with my wife and we will make the decision. Ended up going back later in the day to be met by no one even though there was workers there. We decided to look ourselves anyway. Saw a couple things we liked and I sent them to the guy I was dealing with. After no response for a day, I contacted him to make sure he received them, to which he confirmed and was "waiting for prices." I asked if I could take home the sample, which was met with no response. Three days went by without a response, so we decided to check elsewhere. We saw a few we liked so I sent them to him to see if he also had them. After no response I decided to call, to also be met by no response. Told him I would just go elsewhere. Then I received "call you back." Three days later I am still waiting. Sent another slab I liked to him to give him a final chance. No response again. Don't waste your time.

We just renovated our kitchen , Coastal did our counter tops and center island and I could not be happier !!! They look fantastic, even better then I hoped. Every one I worked with from design to installation was so professional and helpful. They over exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Luis for all his help and skill, and Rubin and his crew for the perfect install. These are the guy you want to work !!!

Coastal Granite & Marble was an absolute pleasure to work with on my kitchen renovation. I would highly recommend this business if you are working on a project either on your own or with a contractor. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to make me happy with the final product.

I recently had a quartzite kitchen countertop and a serving bar installed by Coastal Granite. Everything went so smoothly that I am having them replace my fireplace surround with the leftover material. Luis and his team were friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable too! And I didn't have to wait forever.It is so difficult finding dependable and trustworthy contractors. You will not be disappointed. A great experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience with Luis and his crew. Luis is extremely helpful and very professional. Carmella, who is his office assistant, is lovely to work with and also very helpful. We replaced our granite countertops with quartz and are so happy with the results. The process was quick and done beautifully at a very fair price. We highly recommend Coastal Granite!!!

I waited 20 years living in my house to get Granite Counter tops I must have priced it out a million times. Well finally I did it and I am so happy that I went with Coastal Granite . Luis and his team are absolutely amazing. Luis has to be the nicest person I have done business with!!! Ruben was great so efficient. They always kept their word , on time , super clean. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COASTAL GRANITE I WILL POST PICTURES MY KITCHEN LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! Thank you Luis!!

Luis and the team are wonderful! They did a beautiful job on my quartz countertops and soapstone for my master bath. He even came to the rescue when we had an issue getting a large vanity up to our third floor. Professionals through & through...would highly recommend Coastal Granite.

Coastal granite installed my kitchen granite yesterday 4/26. They were here from 12 to 6. Just a beautiful and professional job. Luis and Marjorie were very helpful. 2 great workers installed it I am a very happy person. My only problem was not ever being told there is a charge for removal of old countertop and sink. That should have been told me up front.would surely use them again
