I went today while it was very busy in the afternoon, Steven the GM and another employee were working very quickly and diligently to get everyone in and out of the store promptly! Steven was very kind and helpful, he gave my daughter a coloring sheet and crayons which made her day so much better! Great customer service and wonderful atmosphere!

Steve was great at helping me locate a package that was showing that it wasn’t received by the receiving company. I threw out the receipt they gave me and he went above and beyond to help! Thanks again Steve!

Every day is Christmas at the Sparta UPs store, or at least the volume of traffic looks like it. And yet I have never had a bad experience with their customer service. All the associates are polite and efficient (and lets face it, we show up not knowing the zip code of where the package is going, Grandma's china wrapped in tissue paper, or a million other things). Today I called because I lost the receipt (which you are always told has the tracking number and NOT to lose it) and needed to know if my package was being delivered today. The very nice gentleman on the phone did some forensic magic and found my order and shared the tracking number with me.
So remember Sparta, WE NEED THEM, be patient, show some grace, and appreciate the service they are providing us. cheers.

Michael was great!! I was running late…and got in the store 2 minutes before closing. Despite that and the extra time it took to help me, Michael did so with a smile and was pleasant to speak with. He helped me figure out how to attain a return shipping label and email it to the store so he could print it out so I avoided paying the shipping cost myself. The email took a few minutes to go through, but it didn’t bother him. Come to find out he was there since the morning and had another long day ahead. I hope he enjoys the concert he’s going to see over the weekend!! Thanks Michael

I had the worst customer service experience here. The lady Gina in the front was very rude! She told us “don’t you see where the scale is” and rolled her eyes. If you don’t want to do your job then you shouldn’t be there. She is very rude and mean!
